Loving setting close to the Charles Bridge and Old town. Tram stop just outside so really easy to get around. Staff were very friendly and helpful and Alan, the concierge, booked a lovely restaurant and boat trip for us. Breakfast was great. Nothing

We were upgraded to an Executive room which was absolutely fabulous. Location was excellent - used no transport whatsoever . Breakfast was excellent . I had two keep asking for more tea bags even though I'd requested extra tea bags as we not drink coffee . I made my request both at the desk and from the room . Only on the first day did they turn up - the next 2 days I had to take the extra tea bags and milk from the breakfast room . For a longer stay I would have found the selection included for breakfast from the menu very limiting -it was basically only eggs cooked in different ways .

The hotel is in a very central location. We would like to thank the staff, the manager, Ksenya, David, and the young French employee who was very helpful. We didn't encounter any problems.

The hotel was comfortable, beautifully appointed and a great location. There was a tranquil courtyard where one could relax away from the noise and crowds that is Prague in the summertime. The room had everything needed with ample water, tea, coffee and other drinks provided. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. There was a sauna available 24-7 and one of the best massages could be booked through reception. Having driven, parking in front of the hotel is limited to one space. It was difficult to both unload and load during check-in and check-out. Also the only option provided for parking for the hotel was valet which was not cheap. Was able to find a paid parking space close by for the entire visit using MrParkIt app which is a space rental app that private individuals use to rent out their personal parking spaces in buildings around Prague. Better deal than valet and the one we found was close by to the hotel.

Personable smaller hotel in a beautiful location close to and with views of The Prague Castle and in part The Charles Bridge. Large beautifully decorated freshly renovated rooms. Privately owned and this showed in the hotel’s friendly helpful staff and overall presentation. Allan,as Concierge,was hugely helpful in all respects. Nothing!

Beautiful location Response time from staff and confusion. The response time sometimes took 48 hours and I paid for breakfast and the people that I gave it to as a gift also had to pay that’s unacceptable and I need a refund despite the fact that you approved adding breakfast.
