The hotel was in a great location in Old Prague. They also provided loads of information regarding the sites which were walkable from the hotel. They need to add a ramp entry for the mobility impaired. Several steps must be negotiated to enter the lobby. It would also help with bringing in your luggage.

All the staff members I interacted with were really kind and helpful. The breakfast was great. The food was tasty and the atmosphere quiet and welcoming for a solo traveler. The location was perfect, minutes away from good restaurants, from the river and of course a tram station. Also walking to the old city was very quick and nice, yet the hotel is located on a quiet street so no noise or late parties under the window. Overall highly recommend!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, they even provided a vase for my flowers when I asked for scissors! The location is also fantastic, with supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance. My only minor issue was the stairs at the entrance. They were a bit challenging with heavy luggage, especially since I arrived early and had to manage my bags on my own before staff were available to assist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind a few stairs, as the service and location are wonderful

The room was very clean, the staff members were very nice and helpful, the breakfast buffet had plenty of selections that I liked because I always have my breakfast with vegetables, proteins, nuts, seeds and healthy carbs.

We noticed immediately the order and the presentation they created represented their intention to offer a high end experience. The rooms and the addition outdoor areas were spacious and comfortable. Loved this place No complaints

Everything was great. Front Desk was friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious. Shower was smaller sized but great pressure. Breakfast was very good, with quality food and service. Location to Old Town was very good. Offered a welcome drink upon check-in. Really a great place to stay. The only issue was finding the hotel, which is the fault of GPS. Takes you behind the hotel to avpsrking lot with no access to it.
