The fridge appeared to be clean inside, but it had a strong unpleasant odor when opened.

Location was great, you have both tram and underground station a few paces from the building (there is an accessible entry to the metro down the road). Very close the museum and Wenceslas Square. Many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars in the area. The apartment hotel itself is very cozy, rooms are renovated and fully equipped with anything you need - including a washing mashing with detergent, a kitchen with basic cookware (and salt and pepper), dish soap, plastic bags for trash, big closet and lots of storage space for a longer stay. There is a safe box inside the closet. Room cleaning is only done every 7 days, which was perfect for me personally as I dislike staff entering my room when not needed. There is an elevator, even though it's reaching between the floors and you still need to use a few stairs. Staff were helpful when needed. Luggage storage is possible until about 6pm, if needed when checking out. Check in can be done online beforehand, which was useful for me as I arrived around 10:30pm to the apartment hotel. You get a code for both the entry door and the key box for check in. Beds were comfy. Air conditioning worked wonderfully, which is essential for summer stay. You can still open the window in your room if you'd like. Just minor nitpicking that I think would make the stay better - Updating some of the cookware to newer ones. The pan had seeing better days and the knives could use sharpening. It did not bother me personally - but I agree with the elevator being a bit inconvenient. If you have problem walking up and down the stairs or plan on brining heavy suitcase - you might need to reconsider this location.

The location is great. The building is well-maintained, clean, and quiet. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless. The room was clean and specious and provided most of the stuff I needed for a few days’ stay. 1) I booked a queen bed, but instead, I received two single beds that were attached to each other. So, they created a fake queen bed that you can't sleep in the middle! What's the point of having a queen bed then! 2) The Internet speed was very slow for year 2026 expectations.

Location was great, close to metro station and tram stop. Walking distance to a National Museum, 15-20 minutes walk to an old town. The "Sofra Prague" Turkish restaurant next door was really good. We use it for take out (it is literally 10 meters walk from the apartment). The closest "Albert" supermarket is 7 minutes walk - in front of National Museum, below the McDonalds (the entrance is underground, where the metro station entrance is). You can take direct tram#22 to visit Petřín Gardens or Prague Castle (30 minutes ticket should be enough to get there), then you can walk down back to the river (instead of claiming up to these attractions from the Karluv bridge) Our apartment had some fancy coffee machine. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to find the specific pods for it at the local supermarkets (they have it for sale at the reception desk at 1 Euro per piece). The windows face an inner courtyard, which features the restaurant's outdoor seating veranda. It can occasionally get a bit noisy and smell like food, but it didn't bother us much—we only noticed it a couple of times during our nine-night stay

Unclear how the cleaning process goes, as they didn't clean once in 5 days

Stayed for 5 days, could've done with having the towels and linen changed at least once during that time.

I liked everything about this place. First excellent proactive communication from staff. Access code and lockbox made the self-check in ultra easy. The room was very thuoghtfully designed. Everything works fine, the beds are comfy, there's AC the shower and bathroom is nice and there's a tiny rack to hang clothes to dry after you use the in-unit washer. Elevator from first to 4th floor to carry your bags. At the end of my stay I was able to store my bags in reception (until 18:00pm) I was honestly very happy with this place. There were no hiccups.

The location, facilities and price are all perfect. Nothing.

I wish there were a small couch or even an armchair in the superior room. That is the only inconvenience. The deluxe suite does have a couch, but it is much bigger and much more expensive.

Location was good. It was near a major metro and tram stop. There were also stores and a Paul Bakery right there. The apartment we were given was quite large. Loved having as washing machine as we had just come from a river cruise. The kitchen has everything you need. I really cannot think of any negatives regarding this property.

I recommend this hotel: clear advertisement and communication; easy check-in and out; very clean, has everything one needs (I also wish there were scissors and smaller bowls for breakfast cereal in the kitchen), comfortable bed, space to store and hang clothes, etc. Location is excellent: right next to a metro station and tram lines. Many restaurants (some of the best in Prague), cafes, and shops around. The hotel is located on the edge of Vinohrady, which is a very nice neighborhood: pleasant walks along tree-lined residential streets away from the city center; beautiful churches and parks. It's a good base to stay in Prague away from the more touristy Stare mesto and Mala strana. If I stay here again -- and I am very likely to do so -- I will ask for an apartment that faces the inner yard. Our apartment faced the street, and although the noise reducing windows did wonders to eliminate traffic noise, this meant that we couldn't open the windows to enjoy fresh air.

Great location away from the madness of Inner Prague. Vinhrady was a gem of a suburb. Quiet, lots of parks, restaurants nearby. Next to Metro station and tram stop. Room was spacious, quiet, spotless and well appointed. Not a thing. Perfect for a couple.

    Location Everyhing was fine

It was fairly quiet, no street noise and the baby arrived upstairs on the last day. They have a Capresso coffee machine in the room that takes only proprietary pods (not Nespresso pods). The front desk will sell them to you for €1 apiece or 16 for €10. This is unreasonably irritating to a guy who just wants a cup of coffee as soon as I get up in the morning. So I switched to tea. They did have a kettle (and the water was free), but at these prices carving out some deal on the coffee is bullshit.

This may as well be my home away from home when I'm in Prague, they have yet to on any trip disappoint in any way. The location is perfect, the rooms are minimalist but clean and comfortable, and I've simply never had any issues when staying here. The rooms are very minimalist, which is perfect for my needs but if you're looking for some gloriously fancy hotel with room service and restaurants inside, this isn't it.
