COLORFACTORY SPA Hotel

The location, the breakfast and the gifts from the hotel. There wasn't air conditioning in the bedrooms. We had to sleep with an opened windows. In the morning, we woke up due to the noise of the works ongoing in the street. The reconversion of the building to an hotel is not fully complete for a hotel. The rooms and other standards could be improved.

The location is very convenient and close to public transportation, with car parking available as well (though I didn't use it). My room was comfortable and clean. The SPA is great, with the option to book a massage during your stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing in terms of quality. The staff was highly professional and paid close attention to detail, offering lovely gestures like a welcome glass of Prosecco and a parting gift. These small touches really highlight how much they care about their guests. About the city: "Simply a place to stay"

Very clean, lots of nice restaurants and cafes around. Close to tram stops Gym is a little old and has no fan and it was in Summer

The pool , sauna and location is great. The staff are not friendly never smiled they did not provide basic room slippers and dental kit even after requesting. Never ask the room needs to be clean in 3days poor management

Everything was wonderful! The breakfast was rich and delicious, there was secure parking, and we really enjoyed the free sauna and jacuzzi. We also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water at check-out, as well as the welcome Prosecco. All the staff were incredibly sweet, friendly and helpful. They were always asking if we needed anything and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Location was great. Away from the downtown old town. Walking distance was only 30 minutes. Great craft brewery close by as well. No air conditioning in the room. They provided a fan … it made noise though. Requested a replacement… they didn’t have. Suggestion… have extras and if not, purchase new ones.

The breakfast was incredible, beds were ver comfortable and very close to the metro that takes u directly to the city centre

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was reasonably priced. It was conveniently located near the tram. The breakfast had a great variety of options, but some items, such as the croissants, pastries, and puddings, were not fresh. The shower in our bathroom was loose, and although we reported it and asked for it to be fixed, no action was taken. The coffee and tea supplies in our room were not replenished on the second day of our stay. The room was also very warm, and there was no air conditioning, only a fan. The baby cot was in poor condition. One side was open, the other side was torn, and underneath the mattress was dirty.

The staff is very friendly and nice. The spa is fine, but we made the best of it. Staff went out of their way to recover some lost items for me and we're very accomodating whenever we needed anything such as bicycles or parking. The parrot in the lobby is unnecessary in my opinion. I just felt a bit sad for the animal, who is caged in the lobby for the majority of the time.
