I loved how modern it was and very close to the metro station. I wish they would of cleaned my room when I put the sign up.

even tho I liked the room the bathroom was kinda not comfortable. it's an opened bathroom. the shower and wc was separated with a glass doors. I would be better if the room has a kettle

The room was nice .clean and comfortable Overall, the hotel was decent. However, the soundproofing in the room was very poor, and the breakfast was disappointing. The most unpleasant part of my stay, though, was the staff—especially the blond young man at the front desk. He was unfriendly and spoke to me in a rude manner. In my opinion, people with that attitude should not be working in the hospitality industry.

Problem was rooms are dusty, we all got allergic, there was no slippers and at the breakfast the glasses and plates were very dirty; they hadn't been properly washed.

Breakfast was good and had variety The concealing between the shower wall and toilet wasn't very good and the water from the shower was going into the toilet area

I booked a twin room with 2 beds for 2 people. When I arrived they said i booked a standard with 1 bed for 1 person. Despite showing them my confirmation email that showed twin room with 2 people they said it was not true. They charged me more when I arrived for the second person and still had the audacity to ask me, what was wrong with only having one bed? I was traveling with my adult daughter!!! The only reason we stayed was because we had already been traveling for over 24 hrs and were extremely tired!!!!

Hotel is overall nice, rooms are clean and beds comfortable. I arrived at 1 AM at the reception after driving the entire day, and the lady just casually tells me that their system is down, she cannot check me in. Then the solution offered by her was: "we are not the only hotel in Prague, please go somewhere else". After a long discussion by me mentioning I would like to avoid sleeping in the park, or drive around Prague at 1 AM looking for another hotel, she did organize a room. The fact that you just casually tell a booked guest, with a valid reservation at 1 AM to go find another hotel is unbelievable. Admittedly, I was also very agitated, as the situation I was put in, was less than ideal. I worked for several years in customer service, and even if your system is down, under no circumstances you advise a guest to just go find another hotel, because "this is not the only hotel in Prague". The worst part was that she seemed to be training another young girl who looked like she was about to start working there in the future. As mentioned in the positives, the hotel is nice, clean, even the morning stuff at the reception was friendly, even though I did more complaining about her colleagues. But would definitely never come back here again. As the lady mentioned: they are not the only hotel in Prague.

I liked the design of the hotel and the surrounding area Receptionists were really unfriendly, rude and not helpful at all, internet wasn’t working! And they said that this is wt u get, Ac wasn’t working as well!!, it is far far away from all attractions so u need ataxi or any kind of transportation every time u waa go out, the room is nice but it is suitable for hrs staycation not a full day (no fridge, no wardrobe, no kettle, nth much in the room..even the tv didn’t connect easily with any device..remote wasn’t working and needed battery..the toilet and the shower sharing a sliding door so it can’t be used by 2 ppl at the same time if u like privacy

On the first day, the room was quite clean and well-organized The hotel is quite far from the city center, which makes getting around a bit inconvenient. However, bus stops and the metro are about a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel. The wardrobe consists only of a metal structure with hangers, which is very uncomfortable. The hotel has minimal, economy-style furniture. In the bathroom, there was only one liquid provided for washing hair, body, and hands, which was also a very poor experience. There were no other hygiene products, nor items like bathrobes or slippers. Cleaning is not done daily, which is also very inconvenient, and even the towels are not changed regularly.

I really enjoyed staying at hotel. Good bed and mattress, bathroom. Too close to 2 metro stations. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Little bit noisy if you have road-side room.
