Clean and cosy rooms. Staff is kind and friendly. Location is fantastic. If you're a light sleeper, a few nights can get a bit noisy because of the restaurants around but nothing that can't be solved with earplugs. Would definitely come back. Would absolutely recommend.

Stuff was amazing, very helpfull and possitive. Good breakfast. Very central location. Few minutes from railstation. We booked for one day only, since we had no plans- we stayed one more night. Very good price-quality balance. If you are very negative and picky person, you will find things to complain about.

Very nice place. The room was big and comfortable. There was an indoor car park which was very convenient. The owner and staff were super friendly and gave us tips to visit the lovely city of Prato(make sure you spend some time to visit it, it’s very cute) and how to get to the train station which is only a 7 minute walk from the hotel to the city Center of Florence.

The whole room was great, the restaurant downstairs was wonderful and the food was good and plenty, I would definitely go again I would like the address to be the correct address to check in, since check in is done when turning the down the street

The property has a good location and stuff was very helpful and polite. This accommodation is ok for 1 night, just to sleep over… not for longer holiday. Good option is breakfast for 5 euros We get an attic room, it was very warm inside, if you open the window it will be noisy from the streets, a lot of furniture without any order

We tried to communicate with the hotel and it was very difficult. We wanted an early checkin or bag storage and couldn't communicate with them. Checkin is actually in a different location and we werent aware of that important detail.

Nice room, spacious bathroom, close to the centre and the train station. Check-in and check-out very efficient at the hotel desk.

Great place to stay if you want to avoid the tourist cost of Florence but only be a 20min train away. Lovely room 5 euro buffet breakfast at the hotel so worth it, fueled us for busy days exploring Florence Nil

Very pleasant staff, it is better in reallity than it looks on the pictures. There was a lot of space in the room which was great and a beautiful big window. The pillows were too hard and low, toilet cistern wasn’t working properly and was dripping from time to time.
