Close to the train, quiet and clean. Lack of outdoors space to relax in the evening and get out of your room.
-
Rooms very very small for 2 people. Not very clean. Breakfast can get some help; a little more varieties especially fruits.

Great view

Location and breakfast.

Breakfast was one of the best I have had in Italy. It was complete and well-prepared.

We enjoyed the staff who were very helpful with questions and assisting us. Guido in particular, recommended a great restaurant for us to have dinner at. All was good.

This hotel was overall pretty comfortable. It had a nice view over the river to the hills and was reasonably quiet. It seemed like perhaps the bathroom and the room itself could have used some sprucing up.

The breakfast was great! The location was amazing. The bed was really good, very clean and comfortable. The rooms were old but super clean and well put together. The staff such as the cleaning lady and the breakfast ladies were very, very nice. The person at the front desk was nice too, given my inability to speak Italian (sorry). The view of the river and walking path was really nice. There is no trouble sleeping through the night if you are in the end rooms, not near the elevator maybe. The bathroom was really difficult. I arrived after 36 hours of travel so had to have a shower. I thought maybe there would be shampoo but there was not. There was a hand soap/body soap though, which is better than nothing. There were no shower curtains or shower screens, so water went everywhere. It was unlucky, because everything else was good. Mind you, I think single rooms are designed differently to rooms with bigger beds, so maybe that's why the bathroom was not great.

Staff was more than friendly and willing to help us with accommodation for extra pillows, cleaning baby bottles and spoons.

The staff and the included breakfast were fantastic. Also really enjoyed all the art in the lobby. Easy access to the train station to get into Florence in 20 min Worst hotel bed ever. I felt like I was sleeping on a concrete block. This was my first stay with an Art Hotel so I hope this one was just overdue for a renovation.

Very good breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice view. Good internet connection.

First room had a terrible odor---I requested a change and they gave it.....and said it was an upgrade, although when booked the hotel ---I had booked a king size bed.---
-
I stayed there for the second time, and both times have been very good.

No iron, no drinking water in the room and no tissue paper

The hotel is very accessible to almost all transportation. The sound of the river cascading is so relaxing. They even gave me parking permit through out my entire stay. They are very good in reminding you about the street cleaning so your car doesn't get towed. The staff are very helpful l, and cheerful. From front desk, to breakfast wait staff to housekeeping. Love the buffet breakfast too. The noise outside since my room is facing the street. But that is not their fault.

The elevator can be busy sometimes, usually during breakfast, you need to wait couple minutes, then we used the stairs.
-
Well situated between town center and train station.

The breakfast was varied and catered to all tastes — anyone could find something they liked. The best part was the oven where you could bake your own bread and enjoy it warm. The location was very close to the center of Prato, and in just 15 minutes by train, you could be in Florence. The view of the river was quite interesting. However, the bathroom had no lock, which made it feel less private. There were a lot of mosquitoes, possibly coming from the river. The door key had a large decorative ball attached to it, making it difficult to carry in your pocket. The Wi-Fi code wasn’t in the room — I had to go down to the reception to ask for it.
