A really beautiful place to stay
-
Very nice hotel! The room layout was great, and the beds were very comfortable. Only complaint would be that the soaps/TP/tissues weren't refilled daily, had to constantly ask the front desk.
-
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great - close to walking/bike paths and the river. Will definitely stay there again!

The rooftop bar was another disappointment. The bar is very small and was full when we arrived. We asked if we could grab a drink while waiting, but were told no and directed to the host. We checked in with Melissa, who was extremely rude and condescending. The generalized unprofessional attitudes of staff upstairs continued, so we ultimately left and went downstairs to the hotel bar. Thankfully, Chris, the downstairs bartender, was wonderful. He listened to us explain what happened and kindly offered our drinks on the house. We also learned that the rooftop staff is managed separately from the downstairs bar. Overall, between the misleading “river view,” disappointing rooftop experience, and poor customer service, I would not stay here again. The downstairs staff was the highlight of the experience, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the rest.

Great location. Clean quiet and safe cold vibe

The location was good. Very modern hotel and super nice staff. I would definitely stay there again. I think the room was small for 4 people, we should have gotten 2 rooms.

The staff was awesome and the hotel was clean and offered many amenities. Nothing it was perfect

Great place great service $12 for bottle of smart water was the best part They make you feel VIP by making sure you pay obnoxiously high prices for basic needs I hope by next time it’s $20/bottle

You don't have coke products. Pepsi sucks Chairs at the bar are dangerous

The set up of the room is TERRIBLE! The shower has a completely clear all glass wall directly in front of the only sink and only bright light. One has to go past this weird set up to get to the toilet. Even if you are just with a partner (there were actually 4 of us), the set up is awkward and uncomfortable. We will not choose this hotel ever again even if traveling with my husband. There is no closet, the drawers were too few, too small, and again- by the exposed shower!

It was great

Good

Every single towel I got had a ton of holes in them, and many of them were dirty. The bedsheets did not fit on the mattress and kept on coming off. The pillows were these long and very narrow, weird pillows, super uncomfortable. The sink and shower were also dirty. They definitely need to get it together over there.

The rooms are very small. There are no closets, only a pole with a few hangers. The sink was slightly sloped, so water ran off the counter onto the floor. The windows have pull down shades without privacy curtains, so if you pull up the shades, any one can see inside. The rooms are not well lit. The shades make the room darker. The gym and rooftop bar are fabulous. The first floor lounge was well appointed.

Loved it
-
Check-in was easy, room was lovely and had a great view of the river.
-
Nice location with trendy interior but the room amenities were not kept up properly - our bottle for body wash was empty. The rooftop wasn’t going to be opened til afternoon on Fri. Hotel didn’t have an in house restaurant for breakfast. No good coffee options around the hotel. Staffs were friendly and I have no complaints there.

Good location, comfortable bed Smelled weird in the room

Great location, helpful and attentive staff, clean, modern room. The rooftop bar is a bit lacking in terms of service, but has a great view (and there's a lobby bar and a "dive bar" downstairs that are a lot more fun). A perfect homebase if you're going to Waterfire, an event at the 195 District Park, or staying over and planning on taking the ferry to Newport for the day.

Absolutely loved this place. I had one of the king suites, corner view of the fields. Absolutely beautiful and cozy. Highly recommend for an intimate birthday weekend.
