Lovely hotel. Very clean and good facilities. Staff so helpful and cheery, especially as end of season. Evening entertainment was superb, great acts!! Dining room manic, needs a bit of updating, more chic. Too many tables and people bumping into each other. Booking special restaurants great.

Clean Dated hotel, didn’t resolve my issues regarding rooms

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel was fabulous and had everything you needed. It was the perfect relaxing week away and I look forward to booking again in the future.

This hotel exceeded our expectations on a last minute booking. On arrival we where greeted by amazing staff who explained where everything was and were very accommodating. Checkin was very quick and easy. Our room was lovely, clean and all the storage a girl could want or need. Full wardrobes and drawers. Our balcony overlooked the pool and bar area which was nice. We had a welcome drink in our room which was a lovely touch. The food was very nice and various options for every palate. We opted in the day to chill on the beach which was a very short walk as the towel people where out from very early and the beach was very nice and chilled. Options of food and drinks on the beach with service from the wonderful gentleman who always remembered our drinks. Evening entertainment was lovely and authentic The staff here are absolutely amazing and these elevated my review to what it is as they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is amazing People should not be able to leave towels out from stupid o'clock and not even come back to the bed for hours its just ridiculous. At meals there should be somewhere to be able to get juice and water yourselves without having to wait for a server

Food variety is perfect. Staff is super smiley and kind. Our room was so good. Beach is so comfortable. Gym was outdoor and sunny in the morning. They do not have inside gym. In booking it is written SPA in hotel features, but there is not any SPA.

Very beautiful beach, enough sun beds and amazing sunset. We had a room with sea view - it was great! Reception personnel is very nice and helpful. The hotel is quiet old, but personnel is very nice. Very slow service, during breakfast, lunch or dinner you need to wait very long till you will be served drinks. In the end you can get a drink almost when you are finished . Problems with electricity - had 4 times during our one week stay. Pools - not enough sun beds. All people book them early and arrive later, maybe not at all. But nothing is done to organise it.

Great place, staff is super nice and professional, rooms are nice the hotel is clean and the kids pool is fun. The beach is beautiful and min walk. The food is great Price is a bit high but you get value for it. We asked for a room watching the pool but got a side one which you can’t see the pool, but we got late checkout for it and they did it with a smile!

The staff were excellent and worked so hard, the hotel runs like clockwork and it’s highly impressive. This made our stay totally relaxing and we had a glorious holiday. The Meat restaurant was disappointing, I really think Mitsis should do away with this, the food was inedible. The buffet restaurant gets incredibly busy and staff find this hard to keep up, though the food was fresh and tasty on the whole. Our room had a broken air con unit and not until the second time it broke (leaked all over bedding) were we offered a new room and no upgrade or extras for such inconvenience which was a shame as this meant our experience fell below par.

The location is private and relaxing. The staff were just really rude. Maybe because they were really busy, but even the receptionist made no effort to be friendly.
