Comfortable adults only hotel right on the beach. Two swimming pools with lots activities which we liked. It’s easy to go for a swim on the beach right in front of the hotel. The gym was well equipped.

Oceanis is a relaxing paradise, perfect for couples! The food service is amazing, special shout out to Antonis who made the food service a world class experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful, we always managed to find a sunbed even when arriving to the pool in the middle of the day. The evening entertainment was fun and a nice end to the days. I would definitely recommend The spa facilities left alot to be desired, with half of the jacuzzi functions being turned off, the steam room lacking steam, and the hot shower being too hot to stand in with no ability to control the temperature. The poolside drinks service was inconsistent, most days there wasn't anyone walking around taking orders.

All inclusive buffets were very high quality, fresh and abundance variety of choices. Lovely salad and some local dishes. Never too crowded, always found available seating. Facilities were very well maintained, room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Location was beautiful and near waterspouts. Really exceptional all around. Transportation out of the resort into town or airport was unreliable and when leaving for airport to catch flight home, getting a taxi to collect us was stressful and required a 90 minute wait from when requested. I think this is because the property is a Tui package resort that typically includes transfers, but I arranged booking separately.

Lovely seafront location on great island of Kos the strength of this hotel is its staff everyone working together for a great experience for the guests could single out so many from each department but there is no I in team and you all make it work wonderfully Great attentiveness of staff great sunrise view and a pleasant relaxing holiday

The pool access was lovely and kept really clean! The spa services were also great! Lovely bar staff and most of the waiters were very attentive! The Culiarium A la cate restaurant was INCREDIBLE! The buffet in the evening and lunch times got very boring and there wasn’t w enough variety! The staff at the reception desk were not as friendly as the others working in the hotel!

Everything! Restaurant and overall complex quality is very high, at a minimum a very good 4 star level. Very nice staff. Beautiful views, clean too. Very small drawback is the room itself (the cheapest rooms). Noise insulation is at a very low level, no door to toilet/bathroom, AC did not work properly. None of this made the holiday in any way worse

The property was very tidy , well equipped bedrooms and on the beach. The staff were fantastic, very attentive and worked their socks off. To far away from Kos Town , and expensive if you wanted to visit the town in the evening. Food was nice but a bit repetitive. Not extensively all inclusive , hidden cost when visiting the coffee shop .
