Kavos Psarou Studios and Apartments

Best location: secluded in an olive tree orchard on the edge of the sea, close to more lively areas too (another beach with more people, supermarkets, restaurants). We loved it that it was mostly only us and sometimes a few other clients in the sea. There is no sandy beach here, only pebbles, but there's a sandy beach 7 minutes walking distance away. That's more populated by tourists, so we preferred the area close to the house (2 min from the sea). The sea view from the 1st floor balcony was amazing. Big room, lots of facilities (kettle, toaster, kitchen tools, etc.) Hot water all the times. Lovely owners, it's a family business that's been running for four generations. Everything was wonderful, would definitely return again. The beds are not matrimonial/ queen or king, but two twin beds put close to one another.

The most sweetest hosts I have ever experienced, me and my friends had an amazing stay here. Staying here immediately makes the trip a 10 out of 10. Thank you for everything!

Our family's recent stay at Kavos Psarou Studios & Apartments was nothing short of exceptional. Nestled quietly amongst olive trees and a mere 50 meters from the sea, the location provided the perfect blend of tranquility and beauty. The warmth and willingness of the owner Nikos and his mum Kiki to help at every turn made us feel more like cherished guests than customers. The apartments themselves were offering stunning views and surrounded by a lush garden, it was a pleasure to wake up every morning to such a serene setting. Everything was fine.

Wonderful place. Far away from tourist spots. Lovely hosts! Nikos (your host) can assist you with pretty much anything, whether you need informations about what you can do on Zakynthos, spontaneously want a breakfast, or in case you need some trip booked. Kiki is funny and lovely :) Wish i could have stayed longer :)

Great, quiet location with a beautiful view. Mr Nikos and Ms Kiki were very nice to us, always available for our requests / necessities. Really appreciate their hospitality and kindness! It was a very nice stay and amazing vacation!

The room could use some renovations and extra cleaning, mostly in the kitchen and bathroom area. The shower was too small even for one person.

Nikos and his mother, Kiki, will do everything to enable a pleasant stay. We loved it! You could walk to a small beach in less than 1 minute, it was all so nice. We thought since our room was such good value that it wouldn't be nice, but that was not at all the case. The room was simple but large, plenty of hot water and a/c!

Kind hosts, position near sea, free upgrade, green space, kitchen facilities, warm water, free parking, nice view from the top apartment, 6 mins walk to a small sandy beach, quiet environment Actually the apartment we received as upgrade has inclined top, often hit with my head otherwise the rooms at base and 1st floor seems to have space (able to circulate), noisy water supply, in the coffee filter was from arrival an old filter filled with used coffee, remained as such even after blanket changes, the price through booking was sensible higher than direct as my friends did (10 Eur more), almost no WiFi inside

Our apartment was well equipped, looked just as sweet as in the pictures, and the surrounding garden right by the sea was beautiful. The location was exactly what we were hoping for - peaceful and gorgeous, but the beach, great tavernas and a small grocery store were all easily reachable on foot. Even though all of the apartments and studios seemed occupied, it was still quiet and calm, we didn't feel like we were at a crowded hotel at all. What made our stay especially memorable and relaxing is the host family - Nikos, the owner and his lovely mother, Kiki went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and gave us a lot of personal attention: they remembered our names, and they were really responsive to all of our requests (for example, Nikos tailored the breakfast to our diet, we received great recommendations, all of our transfers and tours were organized by him, and we were even lent some beach equipment). Their kindness and cheerfulness is unique and really heart-warming, and we hope to return in the future.
