Great location near par, beach and town centre. Very helpful staff.

Staff explained facilities well during check-in. For instance, they took us to the front door to show us how to use the key to get in and push the button to get out (thereby ensuring the card worked); pointed out the breakfast areas. Hotel was very clean. Good breakfast spread with personalized fresh eggs made for us each day. Close to beach. Not far from town. Very close to grocery store. n/a

Very good location. Close to the center of Pucon and where you can find several places to eat, local crafts, etc. Small rooms without air conditioning

Excellent location beside the park so it was quiet but still with a 2 minute walk of the centre and the beach. Very clean and Cristiana was a wonderful host - very helpful and informative and never too busy to help. The shower was a little temperamental!

Parking, room Breakfast was so poor, no vegetables to choose. No air condition in the room so we have open window to street but morning was noisy

great location near the beach. comfortable beds. quiet zone. No AC. Rooms were too hot. small parking, poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel (as it is offered) this would be a 3.25 star hotel at best.
