They allowed me to park car inside the compound Interesting wood finished interior Helpful receptionist who tried to help resolve a problem They charged me extra $25 for the queen size bed which I reserved in the first place - lied about it There was no hot water; common space including main staircase without light - Danger!! They promised a heat at night but it never was turned on; very little light available in the room; unfinished and not painted plywood ceiling; very little space in the bathroom.

The location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The second floor rooms were very hot on summer days and noise could be heard from the streets when windows opened at night to cool things off. It was expensive considering no air conditioning.

According to the description on Booking, we were supposed to get a unit with a kitchen and utensils and we thought we would cook our own meals. It turns out they don't provide this service. There is a discrepancy between the description on Booking and what this hotel provides.

Sometimes, we had to wait too long to get warm water in the shower, and the sink in the bathroom was too low like for a kid.

Beautiful room, great location, very friendly staff! Also they were very helpful in returning a bag to my daughter when she left it behind in the hotel.
