Helpful staff, nice breakfast. Room is in need of renovation. Loud noises occurred from both outside and the floor above. We would not return to this place.

The location was perfect! The owners were so helpful and extremely friendly. The breakfast was just right with coffee, fresh squeezed juice or regular juice, yogurt, granola, eggs, toast and rolls, cheese and salami, and a slice of sweet dessert. Highly highly recommend!!! Nothing - we LOVED it!!!

The hotel was located very central. Also for our trips to the volcano, the staff were perfect to prepare us an early breakfast and they let us leave the car in the parking after check out.

Breakfast was very good. Location excellent, though Pucon is small enough that anywhere is a good location. Breakfast is made to order, so the timing of breakfast must be known ahead of time. Not a problem but also not what most are used to.

The staff was extremely helpful to us, suggesting restaurants, serving breakfast early when we needed to catch a bus, lending us hiking poles, translating conversations with our Uber driver, etc.
