Cocurantu Hotel Boutique

The General Manager, Marcello, and Assistant Manager, Carolina, were extremely accommodating and hospitable. When on the first night we realized our second floor room was noisy from street traffic, Marcello had no problem moving us to a quiet room in the back. Perfect! On our last night, and after we successfully summited Villarrica volcano, Marcello and Carolina invited us for martinis at the bar. We chatted for a long time and had a great time as a rain storm rolled thru knocking out the power intermittently. It was fun and interesting to socialize with them. Be sure to ask Marcello for restaurant recommendations. He does not explicitly recommend one over another but listens carefully to your culinary preferences and gives you several options. We will never forget out time at Cocorantu, not just because of our climb at Villarrica, but also for the time spent with Marcello and Carolina. Perfect place and perfect people! Nothing

Wonderful stay and experience. The room, location, and service exceeded expectations. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The room nicer than expected with very comfortable bed. Bonus for delicious breakfast and two adorable cats on the property.

Don’t usually give Booking.com ‘straight ‘10’s’, but our host’s’ hospitality insured that my husband and I felt truly cosseted while enjoying this a-bit-above-our-average $$$ boutique hotel. Loved our deck, spacious room, ‘catered’ complete breakfast. Not a thing

Nothing,was great

This was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location was great for walking to the beach and town which is a lively Chilean holiday location with lots of busy bars and restaurants. The breakfast was a bit odd and had to be ordered the night before.

Marcelo and Carolina were wonderfully helpful, excellent hospitality. Excellent location. The room was stylish and comfortable, with an incredible view of the volcano from the balcony. And Marcelo makes a delicious gumbo!

Friendly staff. Marcello was very helpful with all our travel needs. Places to eat, things to do, directions etc etc. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was personalised and very well catered. Location is central Wanted to stay longer

I have been several times in Pucon, but this hotel is the best experience so far. It is a little on expensive side, but the level of comfort and calmness worth it.

Pretty nice room, confortable, awesome shower, we had a great weekend. Breakfast is nice too. The curtains are not very good at blocking outside lights.

It is very comfortable, location is excellent, you can go to the stores, restaurants and beach just by walking a few blocks. Heat in my room was perfect specially because the weather was cold and rainy. Loved this place.
