Location was great, view excellent, staff excellent, rooms were fine, breakfast was quite good. The facilities were horrible… pool out of shape, outside chairs not served. Couchons were disgusting, and the access to the lake was a nightmare….really the luck of maintenance outside the hotel were really quite out of standard.

Location was great, everything else not great. They charged me a fine for smoking in the room although i never smoked in the room. Other than that, there is an entire disconection between the areas of the hotel, seems like they dont talk to each other because you cant charge to your room, and need to be carrying your wallet everywhere, even to comply with their spa rules. They make you buy a hat and neet to pay there if you want to enter the pool

It was conveniently placed, very well preserved and the staff was friendly. Breakfast is a little repetitive, lacks proteins. 2/4 days things ran out because we “arrived late”. Variety is very limited and quality just average.

Location is perhaps the best feature of this hotel. Last year I promised myself to never coming back to this hotel, but I decided to give it another try. Sadly, there is no improvement at all. It is unbelievable how bitter the staff looks and acts.

The location. The view is very nice and it’s close to everything. The facilities in the pool were very poor. No many sunshades and the sun beds were very uncomfortable. The gym also is very old. The restaurant is okay but same menu all the time.

AC wasn’t working. No help from the staff , no solution. Very dirty : spider webs in the room. Room’s window which hasn’t been cleaned for « years » !

Mixed Bag: Stylish Rooms, So-So Breakfast" Our recent stay at Gran hotel Pucon was a mixed experience. The hotel has clearly undergone a significant renovation, and the rooms are now absolutely stunning. "Modern decor, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathrooms.. We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the overall ambiance. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. Limited selection, lack of fresh fruit. While the presentation was decent, the quality of the food didn't match the standard of the stylish rooms.
