If you are not focused on spending time at the hotel, it offers convenient free parking close to the airport. With a car, you can easily access anywhere It caters more to an older clientele, and the rooms were not very clean. Overall, the hotel felt quite dated.

The hotel done an amazing surprise gesture marking a special anniversary. They really done an excellent service for us. Highly recommend the hotel. Will be back soon!

Initially, I had a small problem - management was immediately concerned about it and very effective in resolving the problem completely. In all-inclusive holidays, food is sometimes a concern: not here! Something good for every taste always. There was nothing I didn't like!

Very clean, comfortable, great amenities. It’s expensive. It’s a bit overpriced.

Very good breakfast, nice and clean pool, perfect location close to Puerto del Carmen, big and easy to find parking, Wi-Fi, very friendly staff, room size, minigolf. Good restaurants nearby. Air conditioning is quite weak, you have to set it to 5 degrees and maybe leave the card in the room to make it work and to feel the difference. Before we did, we woke up to the heat at night.

Amazing breakfast. Staff so pleasant and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Location an hours walk from old town Puerto del Carmen. Bus about 6 minutes. Very convenient. Very good entertainment at night. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
