Close to beach, decent food and all inc beer. Terrible all inc spirits, nothing branded at all. Restaurant poorly managed with couples at tables for 4 etc.

Nice location, friendly staff Some equipment in the room was a bit worn down and needs refurbishing. Particularly bathrooms.

The rooms need a little bit of updating and the air-conditioning was not working they don't turn it on until June it should be on all year round

Lovely hotel in great location. We're all inclusive and food choice was very good. Probably need a few more sun loungers as struggled to get one unless you left towel out on lounger in the morning.

we spend one week here, was really nice, location is perfect, food was amazing they have many option for food, our room was clean and quiet I wasn't really happy with the staff on the reception, they not friendly at all, they wasn't nice with us, other staff in the hotel are nice and friendly

Hotel and room was clean, staff were very friendly and polite, the bar was perfect, pool area very clean and tidy. The food was cold every time we went to eat, the coffee machines all out of milk at the same time most mornings. Ended up only eating breakfast as lunch and dinner we both cold.

This is our second year at Sol Lanzarote. It’s just such a lovely clean place so close to the beach. The rooms are a good size and cleaned every day. We enjoyed the food and drinks. The entertainment is great for kids and i thought the adult entertainment was good. I loved the water aerobics. Nothing
