THE HOT TUB COULD HAVE BEEN HOTTER.

Everything was fantastic, a truly 5 Star experience. Our only small complaint was that the entertainment finished at around 10PM, which felt was a little early.

Location, facilities, the large balcony, sea view, cleanliness, food array at breakfast. Wondered about the glass partition between bedroom and bathroom? Don’t really need to see my partner’s ablutions.

Very clean , great clientele , I liked how it had easy access to beach and was in a quiet town outside del Carmen . Air conditioned perfectly and lovely pool area . Breakfast fantastic also Not much to dislike , possibly better cocktails and food choices at beachside bar . One day they mixed up orders and food was ok not great .

Pool area was great bar with drinks and food you also have a little buzzer to order from your sun lounger. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Music every night in the bar. Taxi away from Puerto del Carmen walking distance to shops restaurant and pub if you just want to stay around. Twin beds not double

This was our third stay at Lava Beach, so we knew what to expect. The hotel is meticulously clean and maintained, the staff are very polite and friendly. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. I’m pretty certain our first stay the hotel was adult only. This visit there were quite a number of families with children. This wasn’t an inconvenience and hasn’t changed our opinion of the hotel. We upgraded to a premium plus room and was a little disappointed to find out there was some quite noisy maintenance work being undertaken in the adjoining room. This was only for approximately 2hours on our third day

Very clean, great big balcony, nice view, friendly staff. The gym opens at 8am only. It would be nicer if it opened at 6 or 7am.
