Everything was at superlative, starting with the stuff, cleaning, atmosphere, attention at all details and not in the least… food. Congratulations!!! We will be back for sure.

The staff are all excellent, cant do enough for you, they are always on the go and go the extra mile at all time. Restaurant is a little tough to workout, but you get there.

Just a great hotel. Food was excellent, We loved the hotel layout, facilities, and the room. Under renovation now from March for 6 months.I'm so excited to return again.

We were a last-minute 2am check in after our flight got cancelled. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful but weren’t ready to deal with lots of people arriving late at night. As such, I can’t really comment on the facilities having spent too little time there. It looked ok. A layout designed by a madman with a labyrinth fixation.

Proximity to beach, restaurants and shops Limited parking. Did not become an issue but I wonder how different it could be in high season.

Staff is just wonderful, beautiful pool area with a lot of trees and cacti, great selection of food at dinner and breakfast, lovely newly renovated room. Main hall is full of character. Enjoyed the spa! Fantastic location - you can walk out straight onto the beach, but it’s away from tourist bustle of Playa del Carmen, feels quite chilled area.

Lovely friendly staff and communal areas in hotel are great. The buffet was very good. Bedrooms look a bit tired and bed was a bit hard. To use the shower you have to step into a bath. The water was slow draining which made bath very slippery.
