Location, service, clean facilities. Everything is good

location was great not much style considering mexico is the style capital of the universe lol … i think this hotel caters to the bland USA type traveller

Room layout and excellent bed. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast on the deck at Gorgona restaurant across the street from the hotel Lack of ocean view and warm water in sink

Location was great as was both the breakfast and room. The best part of our stay was that of the opening of the Gorgoma restaurant located on the beach front. To compliment that, was the staff who worked the afternoon/evening shift. They went above and beyond!! We think that the hotel staff could have assisted a bit more in advising patrons of "things to do" around the Puerto Escondido area.

Good location, across the street from the beach. Pool located right outside the rooms. Breakfast, a few hot items to choose from, was served at an adjacent restaurant beautifully located right on the beach.

The disco noise a few doors down until 4 a.m.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, efficient and friendly staff. Across the street from the beach providing easy access Zicatela Beach is not a particularly quiet location at night. It was okay for 2 nights. On the 3rd night there was a bar or club playing very loud techno music right across the street - so loud you could barely hear the TV above it - which went on until 5 a.m.

The pools are nice and location is very good Waiting for our room. It was after 3 and they were changing shifts and didn’t say a work to us about our room. So different than our first stay there.

The room was perfect for our family of 5 - plenty of space. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! N/A

Quietness The breakfast

The entire staff were friendly especially the front desk. The pool was nice to cool off as the ocean waters was too rough to swim. The AC didn’t work correctly the first night so made it uncomfortable the first night. I was moved to another room the next day and everything was fine. My room was a little small from what I expected but was functional.

Great location, nice swimming pool, friendly staff, clean, quiet at night. Nice restaurant bar poolside. They were behind schedule with the daily cleaning and had to ask to get the room cleaned.

All of the staff, especially the older man that helped us with baggage. Very pleasant man, always greeted me and offered help. There is one spot right outside the restaurant on the floor that is very dangerous. I tripped on it one night and almost went flat on my face (I’m 79). Needs to be fixed before someone gets hurt.

The property was clean the staff were super friendly and helpful. They decided to do repairs in the next room at 8:00 am The beach was not swim able
