Just the breakfast Front desk was clueless how to provide receipt upon payment and the boy who dealt with us just snickered, extremely hot shower & front desk didn't help even after 2 complaints, mold on wall behind bed, sheets easily come off beds during sleep, front desk overcharged our stay, heavy blankets stinky, noisy air conditioner, safe doesn't have power, dirty bathroom and dirty towels.

Great check in, helpful staff, prompt responses, good location, good-sized room, good value & a decent breakfast. Water stayed at a cool temperature. Not a huge deal.

The staff were very helpful. They made our room comfortable and thoughtful for our trip as we told them it was our honeymoon. The front desk staff were very attentive and kind. Breakfast was great! Great location as well.

Air conditoning was very slow to cool the room and you could turn on only when in the room. So we usually came back to the room late and it would take veeeery looooong to cool down.

Its location, their big rooms. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The shower has an odd system to regulate the water temperature with no instructions. The air conditioning system was malfunctioning and that played a great role in my decision to leave. The room was too hot and without air conditioning, it’s was a hellish night.
