Passaros Suite Hotel

The location is great, 15 minute walk to the terminal. And the place was comfortable and very spacious. The staff very warm, offered free teas and warm drinks. I guess the towels can be better quality and they could have included shampoo. But other than that 100% recommend.

Amazing people. Great if you arrive late at the airport. Everything is fine. Just loudly when everyone is waking up but all good Loudly in the morning when everyone is waking up but for the price its very nice

Rooms were really basic, broken tiles in the bathroom, towels were threadbare as were the sheets. The so-called spa was disgusting ? broken and full of leaves and rubbish. Internet consisted of 3 or 4 different connections, all depended where you were to which one you used, if it worked at all.

The staff were lovely and helpful when requiring information. The room was peaceful except the cat that would come to my room and meow The hotel was old and run down. The pool was dirty and needed cleaning. The shower in the room didn’t work it was either hot or cold.

I like places away from the crowds but near local restaurants if it is quiet. This place was a 10 minute walk away from the main areas, which was fine with me. The staff were very nice and accommodating, allowing us to place items in their fridge as there were no conveniences in the room except for air conditioning. The continental style breakfast of pastries, fruit and coffee, was included and acceptable but their afternoon "paid for meals" were good and the cheapest in the area.There is a pleasant 24 hour "mom and pop" store around the corner for my late night wants. It was a pleasant stay. The room was clean enough but very worn down. The old style door key was difficult to use and i spent minutes...an eternity for me...trying to lock and unlock every exit and entry. There were no conveniences in the room except for air conditioning, which was super cold (16 C). They have a 10 AM checkout which is a bit earlier than most places i stay, but again the staff are accommodating and allowed use of their space to hold bags until time for departure.

The property is run down. Great location beautiful people. Owners should put more investment in remodeling!!!! Pictures do not give credit to this place. Broken doors, no shower fixtures. Do not how much did you really charge. Place needs a total rehab!!!

Nothing Unfortunately we didn't stay there, it was impossible. The room wasn't good, it had mold on the wall, it wasn't clean, my daughter had allergies problems there. I had to find another hotel and payed again.

Very friendly staff

Check out. Staff were quite friendly. Bathroom absolutely stunk of black mould, which was growing over most of the shower walls. Entire property is in disrepair, inside and out.

Staff were nice and friendly. The room and bathroom smelled all the time. The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was sparse and had limited options (not at all what was advertised). I’m surprised the hotel is even listed on booking.com. Towels and toilet paper were scarce contrary to what was listed.

Very friendly staff, helped us with organising taxis to the border and Iguazu falls. Walking distance to local restaurants
