El Uru Suite Hotel

I liked the staff (except the "kitchen lady" who was not very friendly). The employers are not honest The room is not particularly comfortable and they do not provide shampoo, just a tiny soap.

Good value

I had an amazing stay here in Puerto Iguazú. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to offer recommendations and make sure everything was comfortable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it was the perfect place to relax while exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Puerto Iguazú.

Not a lot to be honest The staff were not too friendly and overcharged us telling us they would give us the change later and then later the staff at the desk changed and the new person shrugged and said he knew nothing about it. Breakfast was minimal. There was no pool or communal kitchen. Overall not great

Breakfast menu are same every day, but it was good :) The staff don’t speak English, so it was hard to communicate. Check in and check out time were different from ones written in the site.

Good location. Comfortable. They helped us with public transport and to book a taxi to the airport. Nice breakfast. Very close to the bus station which was extremely helpful.

Really nice room with good bathroom, great shower. The breakfast was nice with lots of dulce de leche! Good location close to bus station and restaurants. The air conditioner was very noisy. The swimming pool area has potential to be a lovely asset to the property but is in desperate need of cleaing and being looked after.

Location good, just 10 minute walk to the bus terminal to catch bus to waterfalls. Staff also good. Breakfast items runs out quickly as its low in number, and then may or may not get replenished with all items.

Location was ok. Good size bathroom. Internet didn’t work in room, had to go to reception area to use internet (our room was located out the back, not in the main part of the house). No fridge in the room. Pool was not clean so unusable - so photos are misleading. The grounds of the hostel were generally untidy. .

Location is close to the bus terminal. Air conditioner worked well. Have hot shower. Breakfast is good in Argentina standard. Staff are nice.

Old facilities, sliding door was ajar/ and let in mosquitoes.

Location was reasonably close to the center. Staff were courteous but none were able to speak English at all. Really poorly maintained. Complete disrepair and not very clean at all. Pool was disgustingly filthy. Bed bugs on both beds resulting in severe bites.

The breakfast is delicious and plenty. They could have a bit of fruit though. I love the jams and doce de leche. The parking is available and the room is clean and comfortable. As the rooms are a bit close together, we can hear people getting in and out of their rooms. I was very tired to be bothered by that, but maybe someone in vacations would mind.

The location, breakfast (not with a large variety, but good enough for my taste), plenty of plants around which is pretty and very inviting for the birds and the price. We aren’t allowed to complain if children were shouting for over forty minutes in the morning, at the hotel hall where some of the rooms windows face (including mine). According to the hotel management that’s a public space, so they couldn’t do anything. Roaches in the bathroom, towels were ripped and really old, stained just as the bed sheets. They do not make effort to suggest you places to go, to eat, is just like stay here and be quiet type of place.
