It was hard getting the right combination of the locks. The cable TV was not working.

Location and vicinity to the beach No signage to find the place, multiple phone calls necessary for someone to pick us up, although we were parked in a large parking lot 300 ft away with flashers on. No hot water whatsoever. No lamps, only very bright white overhead lights as part of the ceiling fans. TV had no reception of tv channels, Netflix receiver did not work - apparently nobody checked after the last guest left.

Location is nice and close to the beach! Check in should be explained to make it easier to know what one is to do, thankfully we met someone immediately upon our arrival who knew how to get ahold of the housekeeper who could give us a room, Maria was very helpful. The phone was not working to call.

The breakfast was excellent at the Francois. The scooters were running until 2:30 am but it was a holiday. A older man that was collecting money for chairs was quite rude.

Close to the beach with restaurants and sun beds. Host very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed.

Upon my arrival cable technicians were working in the apartment and working in other apartments. The apartment I was given had all types of wires laying in the main areas of the apartment. This was very unsafe for me as a disabled person. The owner did advise that the technicians would complete their work in my apartment by later on, in the first day of my stay. The technicians still had not removed the wiring all over the floor on the day I checked out, which was two days later.

Walking distance from the beach. Apartment is full equipped for preparing your own meals. The beach of the complex is accessible to the public and crowded on weekends. Beach chairs are available with an additional charge.

Right on the beach. Beds were okay. Rooftop veranda. Full kitchen. Ants in kitchen. Needs some renovation. El Pueblito as a whole seems like it's past its prime.

Close to the beach. The service. Not the lady that cares for the property. But whoever manages the property. I was inconvenienced by the previous renter and the management did nothing to remedy the issue.
