Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Shower head was broken and filled with mild dew

“Not the hotels fault” but as in PR all beaches are public so there is a lot of , hey my friend look, sellers and other hotels trying to sway your business.

The beach Customer service was awful. The puddles when it rains all over . The bathroom had a toilet issue.

There was a pool activity during the day. Everyone was having fun because it was a foam pool party. Kids and adults were enjoying it. They have a host, dancers, a DJ, and music. The host of the show's dance movement was too sensual and without any type of coordination or choreography. The dancers' movements were too sensual as well. Some of the performers danced as if they didn't want to be there at all.The music played was too explicit. Literally, most of the songs played were too explicit. I believe this type of music could have been played either in the disco or maybe during adult activities only. I don't think this is the kind of ambient I'd like my kids to on vacation. They have to consider the fact that family travel with kids, and it's not fair just to think about only the adults during any day activities.

The people were awesome! Very friendly and helpful’ every time i had a problem they would fix it right away. These two guys at the front desk were my favorite. Bayn and Cesar they made my stay extra special! The room service ladies were awesome as well. The staff at the restaurant were ok but the cooks were great. Food wasn’t bad and the drink was not amazing. That property was a little old and had lots of issues. Ac internet gave little problems.

The staff is super friendly, the beds are so comfortable. The bathroom maybe because the age of the buildings and lack of maintenance, moisture builds up on the walls since there is no exhaust fan, and floors and walls remain wet. We just could reserve the Italian restaurant for the last night because everything was reserved but the restaurants were practically empty.

the facility was to small, i called this number 809 735 0000, before i got there to notify them that we have a blind person with us and when we got to the front desk, they said they weren't notify. he has to struggle going to a second froor

The attention of Mrs. Dawin in the restaurant Rosmarino and all the shows everyday that gives the animations. Great work!! The same food everyday, the same Pool for adult, it’s for kids and all the restaurants it’s full even if you want to reserve days laters at the day that you arrives

the environment, the food, the people are really friendly I can't find it

the food was good and their workers at the restaurant. the room was very poor, water liking in the bathroom. I complain three times and nothing was done. also the room didn't have enough towels it looks like a cheap motel room. No trash can in the room only a small one in the bathroom. They didn't stock up on the beverages, like coffee and tea. We were very disappointed about the room.
