Crown Paradise Golden All Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

It smelled like urine, walking in. It says adults only but it was nothing but older people no party crowds like the Internet said from 20 to 30. I actually ended up having to go to another all inclusive resort because they could not get my car to work, which I think was nothing but gone because it was terrible

Staff was rude didnt respect out reservation gave us what they wanted and the ac didnt work. Food was trash not worth saving money.

Excellent location, great food and drink options included, friendly and attentive staff, very clean, easy beach access. The on-site restaurants featured diverse menus with multi-course meals included in the price. Multiple bars with a range of drink options. The entertainment at the club on-site was a nice bonus. There really wasn't any reason to leave the resort. Sleeping area of the room was rather small and plain. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, but could have used some maintenance (shower drained slow, missing towel hooks). Air conditioning couldn't keep up when the heat index hit 100F. Nothing significant or detrimental to the trip.

Nothing All is a lie, it isn't a 5 stars hotel, this hotel is garbage Roaches everywhere, raccoons in the ceiling, the staff doesn't solve anything. I leave the hotel in the second day and they never did the refund for the rest of the week They are thieves

Pools, beachfront, amazing staff Our toilet had issues, but they attended right away. The whole place needs updating but everything else is so amazing we always stay here. Great value for price!

Poor hospitality. Only retuning guests that paid club fees and part of a referral program were attended to as guest by management, reservations, and concierge services. Many guests were discontent upon arrival because of the intentional disregard to address concerns or questions throughout their stays. Inhospitable and unwelcoming by any employee with any capacity to address concerns echoed throughout among numerous guests. Photos are from Room 2405 - shows black mold and open outside access to wall access by animal. Room 1621 - no working air conditioning, unit fan runs non stop blowing warm air, door to room show large cracks allowing hot air and visibility to outside, electrical wiring and outlets had loose, exposed wiring, missing screws and had voltage fluctuations causing lights to flicker. Plumbing water pressure was very low. Bathroom fan did not work. Fire hazard. Maintenance was being performed on the connecting room during this time as well. Felt unwelcome, emotionally drained, and left with bronchitis because of mold. Unable to access online format to make reservations and utilize restaurants due to system having to update to change in room numbers. Different room numbers were shown assigned than rooms occupied. Misrepresentation of advertisement, forced to occupy unhealthy and unsafe rooms.

Good location. Friendly staff. Quick check in Very dated. Towel rack came out of wall when I tried to hang towel. No nightlife. Not even a lounge with Judaic. Very boring. At night.

The place was dated the room smelled moldy. It is not wheelchair accessible. We left the next day.

I loved eating at the buffet. Having a variety of food was amazing. The location of the resort is perfect & beautiful. We had a ocean front view & it was spectacular. I loved hearing the waves hit the beach. The staff was amazing and fun! Especially Yajaira, Renee, Daniel, & I don't remember the boss at the lobby bar's name. The bathtub/shower is very difficult to get in & out of.

Breakfast buffet not great Noise in the room above from midnight to 4 am - could not sleep at night and could not move rooms Food choices in general very very average. Coffee service not great. Poolside cabanas reserved by 6 am and often not used by people - caused a lot of unhappiness by guests

The staff was incredibly nice, all of them. Food could be better, breakfast should be until 12 and not 11, specialty restaurant lacks of control for reservations.

We liked the location and the beach. The hotel was clean. The hotel was very old and the food wasn’t very good.
