Staff Location, very poor directions and access from highway

The personnel of the hotel's restaurant at night. I was the third person arriving into the restaurant and behind me, 15 minutes later a whole group arrived to eat dinner. The hostest was taking everyone's order while I was calling for her many times. I however was the last person to be assisted; and before she took my order, the 60% of clients left satisfied. I went to reception to complain about the situation and I was about to grab my luggage to leave my accommodation, when they called me to give me a wrong order which I had to accept because I was hungry after 11 hours of flight. An apology? Unacceptable and not justified. I took my meal to the room and with a lump on my throat I started to eat my dinner, already at 10:40pm. Does it count that I ordered food at 6:00pm from the same restaurant and it never arrived? What can you do when you don't know the area and it was your first meal of the day? Their food was not the best. How long did it take them to grill a chicken breast of 2 in thickness? I never asked plantains and my drink was hot... Not even ice cubes. I still reckon they did not want to take my order at all and I don't understand why, but all those workers involved in such a bad customer service should be fired. I requested kitchen utensils to prepare my own meals to avoid this again, but they never gave them to me as they said twice they would send them to my room. I never felt so humiliated in my entire life, and if you can avoid the hotel, just do it. There are better places. The floors are always dirty and the chairs at the balcony stink from people's sweat. Alcohol sanitizes well. Poor detail oriented.

We had our flight cancelled last minute back to our home. We booked with this hotel late in the evening and they were very courteous and accommodating.. The pool is gorgeous and the food top notch. There was nothing we did not like.

We came in at 2am. Poor guy on front desk, was very busy with us all. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the Italian restaurant suggested to us, fabulous food and service My shower had hair in it. Website not clear on free breakfast.

When we got to our room, it was filled with mosquitos because the windows were left open, I had to chase down and capture a lizard in the room. No kitchen utensils at all even with a full kitchen. They told me breakfast was included when checking in, but then went for breakfast and they wanted to charge, I did not eat. Glad I did not eat, flies and gnats all over the breakfast food at the buffet.

Breakfast and location If you have luggage and kids is not comfortable to take the stairs because of lack of elevators.

a nice hotel for a good price nothing

I booked a double room for my partner and myself. I did not check the 2 person box. They charged me an extra $41 for my partner because I did not put 2 people on the computer!!! Then I am just doing my bills and see they also charged me an extra $61 for I do not know what. Thieves!!!

Breakfast was excellent, staff excellent, the room beautiful and clean. Beautiful pool and the very good location Air conditioner was not working, It was reported but they couldn't fix it. It was reported twice.

Big enough pool for swimming. Overall quite clean. Staff very willing to help. Good breakfast (I was so amazed that they had 2 milk alternatives), although I missed things like fried rice and pasta. Bad location. You need to walk long to reach anything. My room was outdated, with spots on the bed frame, a broken hair conditioner holder in the shower, etc. There was a kitchenette in my room but 0 equipment. You can supposedly get that from reception. I tried that and all they could produce were 2 pots and a big spoon for stirring. There was a perfume smell throughout the entire hotel, including my room, that was frustrating for me because I am very smell sensitive.

Rosa and el primo was freindly and profesional, they did a very good job, welcoming me and my family. The TV not connecting to cable or to whala's internet. Therefore, had to connect it to my personal internet.

The room was nice and big, beds comfortable with a nice pool view. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast was nice, always fresh and switched a couple items everyday. Overall value for money. Nothing in that location. However, Uber was nice and cheap. Some staff could have been friendly. But some were lovely.

No entertainment on the property.

The location is good, the staff was nice and the place was relatively clean, the air conditioner worked really well, however the rooms are old and they need a lot maintenance, the bathroom needed a makeover and the soap dispenser was broken. overall not worth 126$ per night. For the price we paid for our stay, the rooms should be in better condition.
