Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana an All-Inclusive Resort

The property was clean and beautiful The stairway inside the theater is very dangerous to walk when the lights are low. Stairway can use reflective material to make it easier to walk.

Loved Ivet at the pool area, her and her team were amazing. Could never catch a trolly and some elevators not working for my 76 year old parents

I didn't like the idea of the pools closing early. Also having the property pushed on us to come back in the future. I understand the timeshare presentation but when we're checking out it's not needed again to persuade someone. I also didn't like not having many options for room service and the mini bar not having snacks.

The property had a lovely beach with beautiful white sand. 1. The food 2. The alcoholic beverages 3. The facilities are very rundown 4. The check-in process was completely inefficient. It took an hour just to stand in line and finally check in.

The property is huge, with a nice and even imposing architecture, however, with preventive maintenance leaving something to be desired. The loss of the bracelet carries a daily cost of 75 dollars. We were not informed of this at check-in, although it was in very small print in the contract. My opinion is that this should be exposed more explicitly, making sure that all guests are aware of the process.

The facilities are wonderful. The shows every night in the theater are of good quality. The quality of the food and the wide choices are great in the restaurants. The kindness of most of the staff. The availability of drinks and snacks in the pool areas. In high season the lines to access the open restaurants are long. Reservations in closed restaurants (Toro) are almost impossible in high season. The minibar in the room is very basic and they did not replenish it daily (as was the promise of value).

The vibe, perfect for families. My only complaint would be that the sofa bed was not comfortable.

We recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana to celebrate my son’s 17th birthday, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The attention to detail, exceptional service, and beautiful birthday decorations prepared in our room made this celebration unforgettable. Love the atmosphere, food, rooms and staff. We are hard rock fans for life. Cost of personal hygiene products in the store. Paid over $30 for tampons and pads and $30 for sunblock.

The food was atrocious. Room service food was legitimately not edible. I went with a party of 40 people and all of us got food poisoning at various times throughout our stay.

Staff the best ever . Drums pool thanks all of you Yuleide,Heidi,rosa,Olga, Freddy Roberto. To the guy at Eden pool forgat his complicate name( my wrong ) he was fabulous.room service ? can wait to go back definitely this year. Transportation is a Little uncountable for old adults but drivers make happen to them ?

The property size and the number of entertainment options available. Membership sales staff operate deceptively, posing as hotel employees to lure guests in with fabricated discounts at check-in. They create the illusion that their pitch is a standard hotel offering — only to ambush you the following morning at a mandatory 90-minute breakfast presentation, which turns out to be nothing more than a high-pressure membership sales tactic.

Everything was wonderful! If you have kids this hotel have many amenities for them. The food was good, the rooms are very comfortable and have transportation for all the areas. N/A

24 hour room service. Balcony pool. Nice room. Dirty room, beach isn’t swimable, bad food and coffee, no chairs at the pools, weak drinks, expensive for what it was, tours recommended through the hotel were the worst we have ever been on. Air conditioners didn’t work well. Fridge was always warm. I can go on. It was the worst vacation we have ever been on.

Very old very expensive the AC in the rooms don’t work well, beds are lousy
