Suncloud Hotel

Perfect location with the ocean view in the center of the tourist town You need to take two elevators to reach the room.

The staff were nice, location amd view. For the price there were no towels- you had to get them from the front desk. The pool was not open and there were no pictures on the wall and breakfast wasnt included for the price. It also took too many different elevators to get to Suncloud and trash was outside the hotel all the time on the ground. I didnt see security around at any time like at other hotels.

Location and size of a room Staff are not so friendly. English level is not so good. You have to go to the front desk to get the body towels, which was not so nice.

The location was amazing and the redeeming quality of the property. The windows overlooking the beach were beautiful and the room was a decent size. Oh where do I start? The worst thing is the layout, we were a family of 6 and booked a one bedroom one bath with two queen beds and two twin beds. The bathroom is a glass cubicle in the middle of the living space. Quite akward to say the least. No shower curtain. In the photos it features a studio style kitchen, it was in poor condition and had no utensils what so ever. When we requested silverware to eat food that we brought in, we were told that we would need to rent them for $9 additional. Also there were exactly 6 pillows, when we asked for additional pillows we were told that only 3 additional pillows were available. The property features a pool which closes right after dinner time but we never used it because it was packed every single minute. The front desk also set us up with a van to take us back to the train station and it cost $70 which was almost double what we paid for two Ubers to the property from the train station upon arrival. Another thing...check out was at 11am, the front desk started ringing our room at 11:04 and called another 4 times over the next 15 minutes to push us out. We never really had a friendly interaction at all with the front desk. I would not recommend this property or stay here again.

Our unit was spacious, modern, and had a wonderful view. The bathroom had a separated toilet and shower. The hotel was tricky to find requiring going up one elevator and switching to another. But the location couldn't be beat. My favorite hotel of my two week, five city Korea trip.

Good location. We loved the hotel’s location! It was super convenient to walk to everything u want to see, to eat, relax. The beach is just 5mins walk opposite. Nice beachfront No cutlery…. TV channel (movies) need to pay

Location at the top of the mall was good. Short walk to train, bus, beach and restaurants. Convenience store at the ground floor was helpful. Exterior complex is a bit run down. The pool is out of service. 2 of our beds were great, the other 2 were compatible to sleeping on concrete.

The location is fantastic, although it is quite confusing at first trying to navigate where to go, as this hotel is combined with the sea cloud hotel. Clean rooms, beautiful views of Haeundae beach, the bed was a bit firm and uncomfortable, but it was alright. A more softer mattress and an extra pillow each would of made sleeping a lot nicer.

The suite space was appropriate, although it had a weird layout with the TV visible from only one angle. The bathroom was in the middle, and the glass doors make it feel awkward. But at least it was nice to have a dining table. March 27TH stat. Room was hot during day and night, but air com didn't work properly and it was complicated to operate. The pilots were very thin and uncomfortable, so we had to ask for an additional set. We also had to add another set of blankets for the couch since we reserved for 6 (4adults, 2 small kids). But the room only came with 4 pillows and 4 blankets, which is why we had to order additional. The price is reasonable compared to other places, but still doesn't justify and met my expectations. You have to take two elevators to get to your room, which could be a little hassle if you have elder or little kids.

Awesome location, beach front view, cleanliness, room is big enough for our family of 4, easy access for public transport, soundproof room, and easy check-in/check-out process. I love that they clean our room, give us fresh towels and bottled water daily! Room temperature is hot, doesn’t have individual room temp control during our stay; they only have small towels (hand towel-size for US standards) and no microwave in the room.

Property is in a great location. We booked two separate rooms. The kids suite worked really well for our young granddaughters . We also booked a king ocean view room and we’re in room 1016. I can honestly say I was very disappointed in this room. It felt like the room where they put people when all the other rooms were full. There was no comfortable chair or couch; absolutely bare room. The kitchenette had no dishes, cutlery anything but a kettle and two mugs.
