Commodore Resort

The rooms were awful terrible guest in other rooms people blasting music late hours you wake up with trash all over the ground outside people working there are rude, the property is disgusting had mold in our bathroom dust and dirt on walls spider webs wasn’t a fun place.

Don’t stay here lol. Extremely dirty

Room was absolutely disgusting. Shower and bathroom were nasty. I’d never stay there again. Room service never came and they wouldn’t give us new towels

This will be our last time staying here. The front desk staff was not very friendly. The room had a very damp feeling to it. Nothing we hung up every dried. Something outside our window dripped constantly our entire stay.

The pool was great!

The bathroom door hit the toilet when you opened and closed the door. The toilet seat was loose The bathroom sink was plugged up and disgusting difficult to get clean linen's the staff were not friendly at all the pool opened late and closed early and the bars around the pool also closed early not even sure if they both were open we had two rooms reserved. They were supposed to be next to each other. however, they weren’t the interior and the exterior of the hotel were filthy

We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit loud some days. The room was sparse but we had cats with us, so I understand the minimalist due to animals. The bed & pillows could use an upgrade. Staff were great from check in to check out. Great pool & bars. We will definitely be returning. Great location. Love the all adults only !! Thank you.

I was pleasantly surprised in how clean the room was, staff were nice

We booked this room as it was the only available room in short notice. After reading the other reviews we were genuinely worried. However, the hotel exceeded expectations. Our room was generally clean. There was some dust on the bed frame, the cleaning crew missed a flossing pic, and there was a black hair on the bed. This certainly isn’t a luxury hotel by any means, but was adequate for our weekend stay. There is the pool bar, and several other bars just outside. If you’re going to be partying and up late then it’s fine, otherwise bring some ear plugs. Mattresses aren’t good for back pain. Location is great if you’re looking to be in the restaurant /bar area. I really didn’t like that the entrance is in an alley as there are huge trash dumpsters outside that stink. You smell it every time you are in and out. Super weird setup with a subway stuffed into the lobby. Strong food smell in the lobby. The hallways smell strongly of cleaner. Overall the hotel was fine.

Beds are wrapped in plastic, the AC sounded like a machine gun going off all night long, floor was so dirty our feet were black from being barefoot. When asked office staff to send maintenance up to look at AC, they ignored the request.

The "resort" is located right in the heart of all the action, we could walk to most nearby attractions/shopping/food. Our room which was labeled as "exterior - smoking" meant that outside the door was a nice picnic table and wicker chairs to sit on while enjoying the outdoors and having a cigarette. I was really disappointed in how dirty the room was for the amount we paid. I could not walk through the room after my shower without the bottom of my feet turning black from the filth. I am in no way a snob when it comes to hotels, and typically believe you get what you pay for, however this room was filthy and for the amount we paid, I would have expected them to mop in between each guest. Clearly the floors hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I also discovered a dental flosser on the floor from one of the previous guests and items left in the fridge from previous guests.

At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management.
