Great location convenient to all parts of the downtown stores, restaurants, etc. The pool and bar area was exceptional, as well as the staff and lobby area. Every door in our room squeeked when opening or closing, we'll ask for some wd40 next time.... Our shower had mislabeled soap dispenser. The conditioner was actually the shampoo, the shampoo and shower gel were the same stuff. The hair dryer had sticky tape residue on it.... Previous guest must have taped it "on" because you must hold the on button to make it work. No biggie in these situations but just something to note.

I love the location and how friendly the staff are It’s not very clean. The hallway and stairway’s smell terrible too. There were some issues with our rooms being clean. Found long dark hair in the sink and shower, and pink fingernails on the floor, fingerprints all over the mirror. It’s never been like this before.

floors could have been cleaner, shower curtain did not reach tub water all over the floor.

Need to have more respect for guest loud at 2am walls are paper thin and hotel is extremely outdated it is a motel.

Nothing Staff was unprofessional and room had a very bad smell. There was grass/ weeds growing inside floor door trim. The bed comforters had yellow stains all over it. They refused to refund our money. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I would rate 0 if I could.

Definitely a place for young adults. Nothing updated, breakfast was a joke, pool crowd was out of control.

My stay was from Wednesday through Friday morning. The staff was fantastic. The hotel and rooms were clean. Breakfast was minimal, frozen waffles French toast, bagels, coffee, orange juice. No eggs or bacon or sausage. The policies regarding what you could take into the pool area were quite strict. Cannot take your own bottled water or beach bag into pool area. Some of the guests were quite loud running up and down the hallway at 2am-3am. I didn’t say anything to the staff. I would stay at this hotel again.

Great & efficient staff. Cleanliness of the linen in our " ready" room. Makeup stains on pillow case and dried blood on blanket . Brought to staffs attention and changed out immediately but it shouldn't have happened.

Room was comfortable. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it for time spent there Should not charge $10 for bottled water in the room when seal is broken. Totally ridiculous for the price you pay for the room. Maybe get smaller bottles that you wouldn't have to charge for. Taxes are outrageous which increases the total price of the room significantly.

Older property, dark lobby and rooms. No microwave or coffee pot. Our socks got dirty from the floor. Conditioner was terrible in the shower.

Everything was great Only one thing that we notice while we’re there room was awesome but floor was not clean it was not been mopped for while it’s not big of the deal but my 21 months daughter walking around the room with her socks on and it got dirty and she was showing us her feet haha Thanks don’t take this bad way
