When we first walked into the hotel room it seemed tidy, nothing out of place, bed nicely made. Bathroom shower, sink and toilet, clean. When my husband walked around the room without shoes, and sat on the bed his feet were filthy, black, completely disgusting. Later that evening, I used a towel from the room to try and wipe up the water from the shower that escaped, the towel was black! The floor was not cleaned properly, especially in the bathroom. Someone needs to take care of that…The lamp Shades have mold or mildew growing on them, they need attended too. Other than that, everything was great.

The property was beautiful and clean. Very well maintained and located in the center of Put-In Bay with most of the attractions within walking distance. The only negative was no coffee in the room. Coffee was free in the lobby. Am already plannng my return.

Stayed here because it was very close to many attractions at PIB. Also very close to many restaurants, bars, and shops. The resort is adults only because all the amenities are geared for adult drinking. The pool areas were very nice as well as the lounge areas. Nice bar but no food available. Small display of small chip bags. Not allowed to bring food or drink in the pool area so had to leave and go into town for meals. The ad said that drinks and food were available and could be eaten around the pool area. Very disappointed in the room. We paid extra for a king with a balcony. The room was very plain. Small TV up in the top corner. No microwave or coffee or tea in rooms or on resort premises. Had to walk into town for coffee each morning. Furniture was very old and beat up. Curtains were torn on the corner and hard to shut. No tissues. Old and low toilet which moved all over when used. Very small balcony. Hard for 2 of us to use. We were charged $200 deposit when checking in for incidentals. We left on time and on the way home we found a $40 charge for the room. When we called they found a stain on the sheets. We have been all over the world and have stayed at 5 star resorts and have never been charged a penny. Gal at front desk couldn’t really tell us what it was. Not worth money unless you drink a lot and do not care about your accommodations. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was pretty clean. I had to pay $20 per night to park my car in their lot that wasn’t too big of a deal. The Wi-Fi didn’t exactly work. And we had to wear uncomfortable plastic wristbands for the duration of our stay in order to have access to the building in which our room was.

I wish I would have gotten his name but he was running the front desk had a little accent but he was amazing! He was the absolute wonderful and so kind

Other than that it was a 10/10 stay!

Music system was awesome, rooms were very clean, front desk was friendly and helpful

I really liked the islander inn. I thought it was centrally located. It was closed to everything within walking distance. If I had to give one negative thing it would probably be the shower. It's very small. But that would be the only thing for me. I do know Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. It's very loud. It's a big party scene which is fine for me. I have no problem with that. Monday through Thursday is very laid-back, but I really liked it. Only thing I didn't like. Besides, the shower was probably all the spider webs everywhere, but that was everywhere we went. There was so many spider webs and I know that's that's probably being Petty or picky but I'm scared of spiders so I notice it

There were many people drunk at the pool and over-serving was definitely happening, which made the pool at night unusable for us.

Hotel was ok. Very noisy guys in next room! Pretty many drunks at pool, so we didn’t partake! The dj could have turned it down at least one bar. Also, there was no desk chair in room.

The property, itself, is one of the nicer ones in the downtown area. The pools, swim up bar, hot tub and lazy river are all great. Only true complaints are that they charge $20 per day for guests to park their vehicle on their property. They offer golf cart rentals, which is nice and all, but you have to return them every night, instead of having them throughout your stay. That's really the only things that we disliked about the entire experience considering that the resort next door offers free parking and overnight golf cart rentals.

Walking distance to everything downtown. Wild pool party scene during the day. We weren’t there for the pool scene but it didn’t bother us at all. Quiet at night

Room was nice and clean staff was very friendly and the bar was great!
-
Only good thing was the location Staff was horrible. Misleading and fraudulent charges added to my card. Room was stained and dirty. Staff was harassing and flirting with my friend and I.
-
Very good
-
Golf cart rental was very reasonable. 60.00 from 9am-9pm
-
Great pool and fun atmosphere. I personally wouldn't chose this place for small children but that could be said for the whole island.
-
Only negative I could say about this place is the beds.. they are not comfortable. Everything else would be a 5 star review. Staff is very friendly, facility is clean and well maintained. Definitely the best pool layout for the resorts put in bay offers.

I liked that I didn’t have to bring as much stuff like I would have to if I was tent camping or going to a cabin

The music at the pool is really loud all day, especially a room on that side.
