It's right in town which is nice for bar hopping. They do offer a nice rate for golf cart rental,but dont really have a designated spot to park it even though your staying there. They said just leave it on the other side of the building. Our room floor always seemed wet/slick idk what they may have cleaned it with. The light outside our door buzzed loudly all night. I would have rather had a place with a pool.

Great place to stay, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were huge and appeared to be recently updated, a/c worked good, very clean and well worth the money. One downside, because of the location, the music was pretty loud but tolerable.

Expedia and the Edgewater Hotel need to get on the same page for pricing and taxes. Twice I have been charged more than advertised. It’s a tax issue.

GREAT LOCATION, HOWEVER DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES QUOTED DIFFERENT PRICING FOR THE GOLF CART. OVERALL STAY WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED. ROOM WAS CLEANER THAN EXPECTED. THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY HIGH FOR WHAT THE ROOM HAD.

Location near park & marina though glad we weren’t there on a weekend due to nearby clubs/nightlife No breakfast, no outlets near beds, and fridge not working.

Great location, room was very clean and spacious. Bed was not super comfortable for us. Refrigerator did not keep our water cold. We liked the location for convenience but overnight there was quite a bit of noise outside which made it a little bit difficult to sleep.

Super nice room that was upgraded to us. Close to all the bars and restaurants. Short walk from the ferry. Highly recommend!

Nothing !! There was no ice bucket because they had no ice for us. No soap in the soap dispenser in the shower no coffee maker didn’t realize it was just bare minimum for the price $200 for nothing!!

We had room 10 with the balcony/water view and it was a great experience. If you want to be in the heart of PIB, this is the spot. The staff was amazing and accommodated all our requests. Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Highly recommend staying here!

It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the rooms were newly updated, spacious and clean. We arrived at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready which was disappointing as we were really ready for a shower and to lay down. The beds were just okay. The locals very convenient to the Marina we came in to. It was only about a five minute walk. It was however very loud. It is right next to a bar and we could hear the music and people very well until about 12:30 am.

I liked the location. Rooms were clean and simple. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived well before check in and they kept our luggage for us. They were not chasing us out right at checkout. I definitely would stay here again.
