Location; 2 bedrooms The floor surface was disgusting throughout the apartment. Everything else was fairly nice, but the floor surface ruined our stay.

The back door lock was very stiff - that needs maintenance.

Good sized bedroom and living room. Well fitted with heaters for cold weather. Heated bed had a broken plug. Wifi was unusable, ended up mostly using data.

The property was large and walkable distance to city center & included parking The bathroom was dated and the rooms had limited wall plug options. The hotel staff were difficult to converse with & I was disappointed at their level of communication relating on an on site incident (our car was hit by a fellow guest causing damage but the hotel did not notify us)

The carpet in the apartment was dirty, the couch very dirty, the floor in the bathroom was sticky

We stayed in a 2 bedroom ground apartment. It was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Good location, short walk into town (down / up hill) It is VERY basic for the price. Queenstown accomm just seems to be expensive. The apartment was quite dark and the courtyard area was very basic also

I love the views and location! The spaces had everything you need plus a little more. Love the fact that it has a little kitchen inside, and a communal laundry space downstairs The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We had a slight issue with our room, but they were quick to accommodate us and ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. One negative thing about the room we stayed in was the bathroom tub was a HUGE step. I practically had to climb into the shower. I’m fairly tall, but it was very very difficult getting out of the shower since it was slippery. I put a towel down and nearly slipped twice ! That wasn’t the only issue we had, but they quickly switched us, and the height was a lot better. If you are older or have difficulty with large step up/downs I would call to make sure the room you stay in has a lower tub.

The Location is absolutely superb. It is very close to the main heart of Queenstown and you can walk there. If you have mobility issues you should know it is up a steep hill so keep that in mind. There is also parking outside the room which is helpful. The area is quiet and very peaceful. The value for money is ridiculous. The room stunk. It clearly had been used by someone cooking something strong and they should have known this. The rooms are very tired and very old. It needs to be renovated. The price isn't cheap and the rooms are sad. The bath is awful- its like a Shub..

Heating was good, beds were comfy, room was clean, good location.

I had emailed amity apartment several times requesting clarification of a few things. I had also requested a phone call to discuss or email back. No answer was provided. When I flagged that with them they were very dismissive. Poor customer service.
