Good spot in town, lovely staff who were very helpful, comfy bed and good bathroom Was a bit dated. The windows didn’t shut well and it was freezing and quite damp in winter

Man entered our room at 4am dressed only I. His pants and tried to get in bed with my daughter. Clearly we hadn’t locked properly but will did hear many people struggling to lock/unlock their doors all evening. Reception disinterested: just wanted to know if he was a resident! I mean, he was just in his pants! Shay do you think?!?! Leaving

Good budget option, for the price we paid can't really complain. The room was okay - had a mini fridge, kettle, decent TV, nice bathroom and was reasonably spacious. Location was good - short walk into the town centre (however, you do have to walk up/down a hill). Free parking available onsite and reception guy was nice. House cleaning wasn't the greatest, but it was fine for the 3 nights we were there.

good location, staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us store luggage for the final day, which was very appreciated. fairly dated interior. damp room with a heat pump that hardly put out any warmth. only one bottle of hand/body wash for shower and hand basin.

nice cosy stay, wash basin inside room which is quite convenient. clean environment and hassle-free off street parking. lounge & deck have great distant view over the lake which is a bonus. 10min walk to town centre. Affordable price. Had a good stay. only two (shower + toilset) rooms, can be a challenge if many visitors want to use them at the same time. need to wait a bit for shower water to become hot

Could not contact anyone to check in in an evening when premises was unmanned. So was unable to stay and had to book somewhere else last minute. Wouldn't give refund. Crappy experience all round. Will not give my business to this provider again. Fact that held onto my money. Wouldnt offer discounted other night. Crappy experience.
