Excellent hotel. In excellent location, good breakfast. Nothing worth mentioning.

Exceptional staff, location in Centro Queretaro could not be better. Upgrade was available and given. Upgraded room flawless loved high ceiling. TV although not a TV watcher was modern and very large screen, room excellent design quiet, perfecto! Not worth mentioning.

This beautiful hotel is in the heart of the historic center, convenient to everything. Our room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, plenty of hot water for a good shower. There wasn’t AC, but two powerful fans kept the room comfortable. The rooftop breakfast was amazing. Without our asking, they offered to make a special vegan plate for us every morning for six days—beyond delicious! Plus fresh fruit and oatmeal! Traditional offerings were also served in generous portions. All of the staff were kind and friendly. The rooftop is also great for an evening meal with live music. Music ends at 10 and our room was quiet at night. Great huge wooden window shutters block out all light and noise. Highly recommended! Not an issue for us, but there are stairs required for most rooms and to access the rooftop breakfast area.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Rooftop bar/restaurant. Room comfortable, well equipped. Loved the repurposed historic property and the attention to guests. Highly recommend! Safe neighborhood as well in Centro Historico. I loved everything!

Great location and friendly staff Nothing

The rooftop restaurant/bar was often noisy well into the night, a few times past 11:00 or midnight.

Everything was just perfect. The room, breakfast, location. We adored the rooftop terrace. The best thing was the people who work there. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We have never stayed at a hotel with a more friendly and helpful staff. Nothing

The staff were so helpful and welcoming! We would definitely stay here again!
-
Friendly, low-key, with very well-maintained rooms that were very soundproof from outside noises. We had a room on the street, and immediately below the bar, but basically could hear neither with the window shut.

Gorgeous property in a nice area

This is a great find of a hotel --- it is conveniently located, comfortable, has extremely nice staffing, and the rooms are really pretty. Loved everything about the hard and soft furnishings. The breakfast was superb. We actually had to tell our waiter on the 2nd day to reduce the portions. At this price point and higher you won't find a better place in Queretaro. We go to the City every year for Dia de los Muertos and this is the best place we have stayed. It even beats the pricier places. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Hotel room was on the third floor with no elevator, right next to the stairs leading to the terrace restaurant. Very difficult for my eighty year old dad. It was noisy through out the night, the rooms were very humid ?, fans helped. Hot and cold nights. Won't probably stay here again.?

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was lovely and very filling. The hotel was charming and well located. It was quiet at night, and the staff was cheerful and accommodating when we asked for a late check-out. Great water pressure and hot water, and Carmen, the cleaning attendant, was lovely. A couple of minor notes: the beds were a bit soft for our backs, and our room had a slanted floor.
