I didn’t know there was breakfast! That would have been nice to know. I was very disappointed when I arrived because my room was not at all like the picture or description that Booking.com showed. After spending half an hour trying to get ahold of Booking.com(they make it impossible!)the front desk woman(Alejandra)took care of me and made things right! Based on the room I ended up getting and the help from Alejandra I would highly recommend this hotel but I would book through the hotel and not Booking.com! The room was very nice and the view was wonderful! Booking.com

Good Location The receptionist Guadalupe and Evelyn The hotel is a disaster. First, they did not respect the reservation, at the last minute they said that there was a problem with the price. We paid the difference and stayed in a smaller room in which the bed was bad, the fan wasn't working, the bedroom had the sink of the bathroom...the bathroom was bad really bad dirty women's hair all over...I decided to take a shower however it floated. They change us to another room with no hot water, really dirty insects. Not good

The location was good, however so many guests were making a lot of noise in the middle of the night. It didn't have a parking space on the site.

Great location in centro historico. Rooms are very basic and have no ac, only a fan. There’s a really noisy bar under the hotel rooms. Vehicles and people very loud outside until 2am.
