It was a great location for everything you may need or want for your stay. The location was very walkable. I felt safe walking around. Centro, Queretaro is very busy. Centro, Queretaro is very busy so it's a little noisy. It is old buildings so very colonial. You must know where you're going.

Good location, close to restaurants to grab breakfast, spacious room, friendly staff. It gets cold at night so some blankets for the bed would help.

Kindly and caring receptionists who helped for private parking in midnight after road closures for Christmas Parade. Good location in historic city center. Spacious room. The temperature of the shower was not steady. There were no representatives who could communicate in English for us foreigners in need. We suffered road closures due to Christmas Parade and had to left the car walking to the hotel after two hours of useless deture, but it was not the hotel's fault although they could have helped us figure it out sooner if there were a representative who speaks English.

The location Air condition seemed not irk well.

Perfect location, room was very clean, room has soundproof so not noisy. The shower is weird, the hot water is not evenly warm, the blanket is too thin.

Very good location, nice room at a good value/price. Few services didn't work well (weak water pressure from shower, hairdryer didn't work, wifi is weak and unstable.)

great location misleading images. hotel looks dated. maid would clean next door rooms with loud TV on, total lack of common sense. I would have rated top otherwise. some areas not very clean like on top of furniture, lamps etc. pillows a bit dated too.
