The location It’s all a lie. They promise a lot, but in reality, there is no AC in the room—it gets way too hot. The sheets are torn. They were hosting an event on the terrace, and the receptionist told us we could go in and would receive two complimentary drinks; that turned out to be a complete lie, too. There was someone screaming in the room next door until 2:00 AM; I reported it, but no one did anything, and I couldn't get any sleep.

It’s home warming I found lots of cockroaches in the bedroom I told the maintenance guy and the Receptionist and he didn’t to anything about it

Location. Also personnel were kind Smelled somebody was smoking marijuana in the 1st floor. Reported it to the front desk. They told me they were investigating already. Don’t know what happened next.

There are a bar in the rooftop, and there are a lot of loud and so on until late.

Internet was very slow and most of the time WiFi didn't work. The room was very cold and there was no heating. There was no hot water.

There's nothing to like about this place. The front desk lady was rude, the bed sheets were dirty, you can see the stains and there were bed bugs. We only lasted about 20 minutes in that room until we left to find another one.

Location, they had an elevator and were willing to hold my luggage after my check out. They provided water and all the essentials. Nothing.

Nothing. The full experience was horrible I arrived and the reservation was canceled, even that I called them that my flight was delayed and they Saudi everything is ok. They said it was booking, and They couldnt do anything They DONT have parking. Many people complaining about the same and cars parked on the Street with high teeft risk. I had to go to other hotel. Booking and impala service was horrible and I endedup searching for new hotels later at night.

free parking and pet friendly but you have to may to bring. free parking has a very loud bar playing loud techno music till 12 am during the week and till 3 am. The walls shake with the music. can't open windows because of the music and there is no AC. Totally hate this place.
