The location and staff The room 11 had Bed Bugs. Terrible experience. Also there is no more free parking, but they haven't updated their booking profile yet

Location, decor and cleanliness. Friendly staff. And free parking! :) Cheap linens and comforter. Weak water pressure in shower and scarce hot water. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Old towels and noisy at night. (Train. Church bells and people walking about late night / opening doors, turning on lights, etc).

The room is very well decorated and pretty. The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly. -

The location is great! Very close to the main attractions of the historic city center. The manager and staff are super friendly and helpful. The bedding and sheets had stain marks. They were clean, but stained. Also the towels are very old and not soft anymore. To be clear, the rooms and hotel are beautiful and clean, but they need to pay attention to those details and replace the bedding, sheets, and towels more frequently. Also, there’s no restaurant at the property, not even coffee and fruit for breakfast and that’s a must.

Availability of coffee on site would have been nice. Chairs in room matched decor nicely but not very functional. Otherwise nothing negative really.

Best value from our month long trip, about 35 dollars for a bright and airy room with a balcony. Location was a few blocks from the center, didn't try the restaurant but it smelled delicious

It was a beautiful room with a small balcony a few minutes walk from the main square. The vibe was sleek and modern. The staff was excellent and the price couldn't be beat, about $35 a night. We didn't get to try the restaurant but it smelled great

Room was excellent plenty of space, king bed and very clean. Gusto Mio restaurant for authentic Italian food, Paola and her team were great help. Little far from Centro

The location was convenient to the mid-town area. Could walk to attractions and restaurants.

The hotel is in the historic center but very quiet. Our room was specious with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will gladly stay again.

Location, staff, decoration. Washroom gets very messy when taking a shower. You need to put a towel on the floor, otherwise the shower will splash the whole floor.

The breakfast was good. The best part was the little boy that helped the waitress take food orders. He is adorable. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions about the area. No air-conditioning.
