Great location with a large room For old people or people with walking issues it is a bit difficult to get around and up and down the stairs

The concept of the room. The property is located in the center of Queretaro. The mattress of the bed is very worn out; it is curved and uncomfortable, causing back pain. The door of the room doesn't close properly in the middle, leaving a large gap through which the interior of the room is easily visible. This lack of privacy made us feel uneasy. In the room, we detected hidden cameras, which we reported to the manager, who simply said she didn’t know about them. We had to cover the cameras with masking tape, as well as the gap in the door, to feel some degree of privacy. The room we reserved did not match the photos posted online. The hotel is located on a very narrow street where only one car can pass at a time, making it impossible to park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage without blocking traffic and risking a fine. The hotel has no parking, and it is inconvenient to walk several blocks with your luggage. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired; there was a musty smell, and it clearly needs maintenance. The whirlpool tub is clogged and does not work properly. Honestly, I do not recommend it and would not return unless it was my last option. I am attaching photos of the hidden cameras and the door gap so you can see what I mean. Air conditioning work great, the decour of the rooms are great and the staff is very nice and welcoming. The location of the hotel is great since it is in the heart of the center , and all our activities were walking distance. You have to first check in and then park your car, in the center it is a bit difficult. The bathtub in the room seemed old and had cigarrete burns ( even though it is forbiden to smoke in the rooms) They sell some chilled wine , cokes and candy , but that is just about it. I asked for ice to keep a bottle chilled but they do not have ice at the hotel.

Next to me was so drunk horny couple drinking, having loudly sex and high volume music. The receptionist didn't say anything after 45 min. Sounds funny, but it wasn't when you needed to sleep after a long, busy week of funerals and hospitals

I was locked inside the hotel because night staff left! I was unable to get out until the manager showed up and unlocked the doors! I was the only customer at the hotel! If i had an emergency or a fire happened how was i to get out???? Also the spa tub handle broke off in my hand, i was given a regular room and charged the price of a suite!!! This was a horrible experience and i want something done about it! When i asked to speak to the owner or someone higher up, the manager refused to give me info!
