La Casona que Encanta

Nicely placed on small streets 10 minutes walking distance to central area of the city. Pleasant and polite staff. Large and clean room and bathroom. No window to the exterior, but to the inner hallway.

It’s located at an ok spot and seemed cleaned. The staff was great. False advertising. They say they have a pool. We got there to see it’s not been operating for a long time.

The room was big and clean

I didn't kow there was a breakfast. I got in at close to 3 in the morning. THe staff greeted me at the door, got me checked in within a minute and I went to sleep. I was exhausted from a 13 hour travel day and could barely talk. I loved the room- it was perfect for me. I was in room #10. I loved everything about the hotel. It would be nice to have the pool open 24.7, for people like me who are up at all hours of the night.

The central lobby is noisy since there is no sound control.

Que no cuenta con estacionamiento, pero hay uno muy cerca.

Art gallery vibe, very clean, great bed linens and cushy pillows. Wonderful hot shower. Easy walk to center and parks. Friendly staff, very hospitable. Excellent WiFi. Not a big negative but the central atrium carried voices and music. Usually off by 10 pm.

The theme/design really makes it unique. Our room was right in the front so super convenient to get to. The bed was super comfortable! A/C was a plus! Location was great too! The restroom felt a little small. In addition, the shower didn’t look as clean as I expected for high rated hotel. The grout could be better cleaned. Shower pressure was soft. Truthfully, these are all minor and anyone could make this work.

I enjoyed the art and decore. Very bright and talented artists. Staff was great, even though I didn’t speak much Spanish I liked everything! The location was great and surrounding streets were clean. The elevator was great too. Fashionable and clean l

I had breakfast nearby. They have just a coffee area.

The location was excellent. Very close to some good spots for breakfast Be patient - allow 10-15 minutes for water to warm up.

Would have liked coffee maker in room or coffee in lobby

Clean ?

The staff is helpful and friendly(saving grace) The bed is comfortable. The lighting is very dull. The frosted glass window depresses me. No natural source of light. Some room have no window as I was told. Not environmentally friendly, so much water wasted before it becomes warm. The front entry is locked during the day. I can understand if it’s at night. The area seems safe. My room is on the ground floor. I could hear all the conversations from the passersby as well as the repetitive music that is played sll through the early evening.

The room was clean and the location was ideal for us to go to the center and not have to be too far from the room. NA

Location is AMAZING!!! We rented 6 rooms and all were great!! Staff was very nice! Would definitely recommend!!

Location It felt like a prison. Someone had to unlock the entrance every time you came in and out
