Spacious rooms Service Can improve

The location was excellent. The rooms are big and comfortable. When I got my room and was ready to go to sleep, I realized the pillow cases, the sheets and the cover hadn’t been changed. There were make up traces in the pillows and hairs in the cover. I had to request a room change and check every inch of the bed.

The hotel has character and is well located in the cultural center. Breakfast needs help, shower enclosure needs improvement.

The toilet and shower were too small. No coffee in room.

The hotel is very well located in the historic district, easily walkable to great restaurants, museums, parks, and just a block from the Municipal Theatre, where there are good movies and other events. There didn't seem to be much activity in the hotel, but there was always staff at reception; and every day they had coffee and cookies available in the morning. The hotel tended to be cold. There was a mini split, with a heat function, but with no insulation, the room did not stay very warm. It would have been nice to have a little fridge in the room, as we stayed there 2 1/2 weeks and could have stored snacks, juice...and eaten in from time to time. There was only one chair in the room. It could have used another chair and a small table so we could have coffee together, and a place to work.

No refrigerator. Having a refrigerator would have made this room almost perfect.

The room was huge, and felt very light (huge windows - I moved there from another hotel that had barely any natural light coming into the room, which seems to be the norm in most of the old buildings, so having all this light was fantastic) Bed was very comfortable. Water was hot & water pressure was great. WiFi worked well. Free coffee and biscuits in the lobby every morning were a nice treat. Great location; in walking distance of all the sights & museums, restaurants and cafes.

The main draw for me was the price for this amazing hotel. It maybe a shoulder season during my visit but the team provided excellent service. The room is very spacious, clean and aptly furnished. I was out late hours and it’s cumbersome to bother the staff just to unlock the main door. An extra key or keyless entry for guests would be ideal.

No parking in the hotel had to walk two blocks

We were upstairs and we are elderly people. The climb was difficult.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and they're very attractive and everything was in perfect working order and they now have air conditioning This is the second time I've stayed there and there has always been mosquitoes in my room i'm not exactly sure how they get there if it's from the bathroom or if it's from the door's not being properly sealed but it's very annoying

Súper confortable bed , close to everything .. friendly staff.

The guy who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. He even got me change that I needed to pay the taxi driver who got us there from the bus station. The room was big, king bed and nice bathroom. We knew that breakfast wasn't included but reception indicated where to go and we found some nice options. Lots of restaurants, cafés and ice cream spots nearby.

Very spacious rooms, super clean linens and towels. Location is right in the middle of downtown Queretaro. No breakfast service or meal options within the hotel.
