Location was stunning. Staff was attentive. A/C wasn’t as efficient as we needed it to be since it was so hot the week we traveled.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Radda in Chianti. The room were spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with a large selection of delicious options. The location was perfect, just steps from the town’s shops, restaurants, and enotecas, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Beautiful. Clean. Most importantly, all the staff was amazing! Can’t say one bad thing

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting with wonderful views over the Tuscan hills! Easy walk into the village for shops and restaurants. Really comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff. We did the cookery class which was great fun and then enjoyed eating the delicious meal together with a nice bottle of Chianti Classico! The pool area is lovely - sadly the weather wasn’t warm enough for a dip but we sat on the loungers and read our books.

Breakfast Bathroom is far far far away from the bedroom. Very very weird.
-
Mattress was old with little support. Lots of stairs.
-
Our room has excellent view to the valley, and breakfast is wonderful. Nothing.

Location but there was a bike race that we weren't informed of when we booked. Dated—very old-looking and dingy. The food was poor for the area. Staff were not friendly, and when we left two days early, they were focused on ensuring they were paid for the one meal we ate there and did not enjoy.

The views from the balcony, the property, location and breakfast! Radda is super cute. Our initial room was a basement room not in the main building. We upgraded to a junior suite - worth it.
-
The views, the food, the service, everything. Nothing. It was perfect.

Rooms are a bit old fashion, but I guess it's part of the magic of this place
-
Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows in my room. Unacceptable for the price paid.

Location, town walking distance with great restaurants, bars, music. The view is spectacular. Wineries are close by. Staff and service very good.

The rooms are big but the furniture is old Accessibility is quite messy: to get up to the rooms we had to get some stairs, then elevator and then another stairs. Same in the room: to get the bathroom we had to climb stairs! Also, the staff was not that nice nor friendly.

Setting, location, views, pool, staff Bathrooms needed updating. Pillows not great.

This was the capstone of our trip to Italy and what a beautiful ending! The staff was friendly, the food was excellent and the grounds were beyond our expectations. We booked 2 rooms, one standard, in the annex. That was nothing exciting but the view was spectacular. We also booked a terrace suite and what a beautiful view and spacious space for our family to gather. The grounds and facilities are just as you would imagine a Tuscan retreat to be, beautiful no matter where you turn. Thank you Relais Vignale, we hope to visit again.
