Very good

Easy access from the freeway. The rooms were clean, well insulated and spacious. We enjoyed the Continental breakfast.

Exactly what you want when staying at hotel after a very long travel day. Friendly staff, clean room, and great complimentary breakfast.

Very good breakfast. Staff was helpful and rooms were very nice. I did have a problem with the accessible bath though. I had back surgery 6 weeks prior and can't bend, twist or lift. I was solo in the room and can't lift my right leg well enough even though there were TONS of grab bars. There was a nice bench in the tub but the soap and shampoo would have been 2 inches from my back (can't twist). The floor had a nice non slip mat but the shower head was at the other end of the tub. As I was alone I opted not to shower. The rest of the amenities were great.

The place felt newly remodeled…very clean and comfortable! Fitness area has great treadmills. Kids loved the pool. Comfy beds. Awesome selection of free breakfast items, including a gluten free chocolate muffin and bagel!

The cleanliness and the pillows and bed are so comfy plus hair and body products available in the bathroom.

The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfy and quiet.

The property is very clean! Staff was amazing except for housekeeping. They were hit or miss on cleaning our room. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, cereal, pancakes everyday. Pool are was fun for the kids and a nice hot tub all open till 11 pm. All in all great place but area is away from all the tourist things to do.

Front desk was not that much help. Went to wrong Holiday Inn first and that lady there was very rude,.on her phone and acted like I shouldn't have been there. Made it very uncomfortable. She couldn't find my name under reservations and made it very clear I was bothering her. A second lady jumped in after I went out and got the confirmation number, she was helpful and gave me the address for the right location. The one we stayed at, the checkout lady didn't offer much when we asked to stay another night, didn't care I was a member and told us the price and that we would have to change rooms to a hearing room and the price was $289.00 for two queen beds. I know it is tourist season...but what? We paid less in Colorado? I'm a member and was already there for two nights. Made our decision to stay or go pretty easy. She didn't even try. We got the vibe she did not like her job or being where she was. Over all the stay was fine.. the rooms and breakfast are always nice and good! The cinnamon rolls are the best! Coffee is pretty good too!
