The room was spotlessly clean, but very small. For a last minute booking it was fine.

breakfast was fine and acceptable, location very good, it was a single room, so rather small with a single bed, but in very good condition, recently renovated, bathroom also renovated. Very Good price for June, but rather expensive for July-August a little noisy, several nights people yelling and singing loudly outside at 3 or 4 am, had to wake up a few times

Excellent location and kind and professional staff. Good and fresh breakfast, the same every morning but tasteful, refilled several times. Very clean. All recommendations!

Hotel was in a great location. The beach and exciting nightlife were all within walking distance. The front desk staff arranged a taxi to pick me up to take me to the airport at the end of the stay.

Clean hotel, room cleaning once per day Awesome location and close to everything There is a shop next door where you can get everything you need Beds were separate, if it was queen bed it would be better, although not too bad still, just need to be careful during bed activities not to split it (stay on one side only )

Beautiful hotel close to the beach with friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast. The hotel is exactly as advertised. Lovely cafe in the bottom and good WiFi.

Delicious and filling breakfast, friendly staff who watched my bags all day and let me access them throughout the day before my night flight and use bathroom, steps away from city beach and bus stop, affordable rate given the island and that it includes breakfast My view of the ocean was obscured by another hotel so it wasn’t a clear view; there was a decrepit building next door marring the view; the bed was a double bed and I thought it was going to be a full or queen — I don’t think the description specified it as a double bed; there was some noise in the morning that woke me up early but I’m a light sleeper; at night there was noise of someone clinking bottles from a garbage man outside; just a heads up the beach right outside the hotel is kind of grimy with garbage and falling apart (but free) lounge chairs—it looks like further down there is a nicer stretch with paid chairs that I didn’t know about

Very modern. Excellent location. Great view from 5 th floor. Great breakfast included. Parking in Rhodes town insane. Free for all. 100s of rental cars in use and parked waiting for customers. Google Maps only partially helps. Crazy drivers

Absolutely loved my stay here. Kind staff, rooms are cleaned everyday. Comfortable, clean and very spacious. I had a balcony with a nice view of the ocean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with both savory and sweet options with good coffee

Wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, easy access to the beach and a walk to old town, bus to lindos, and the port. You can tell this hotel had lots of regular customers who return. Laundry drop off nearby The bed is a bit small and I had trouble with the air conditioning. Since I faced the ocean I kept the patio door open a bit at night.

The staff was really nice and the location is quite good with the beach across the street, a mini market right outside, and a bus stop down the street. The beds are firm and comfortable, as long as you like them that way. The room was ancient with old furniture and a smell of an old room. The AC was very weak so it couldn't bring down the heat sufficiently when it was only around 30°C outside, making it hotter inside than outside. There are no outlets near the beds or enough of them in the room altogether. Two days in a row, after a night out, we would find a dead cockroach in the hallway of the room. The fact they were dead was actually a bigger issue because we don't know how they died... The shower is really tight, with barely enough space to move, so showering can be problematic. And all of this wasn't cheap at all, which makes no sense, and with the price of the room, you'd expect much better conditions.
