The location is perfect, near the beach and at the heart of the tourist center! Everything was great for us!

The building is old and the staff is not professional The bed have a very bad smell first time in my life i smell like that strange i open the window for the smell to go even the temperature was 4 c Nothing

Location clean service

Only the staffs were perfect, very polite and friendly! It was not so clean, rooms are smelling bad. There was no slippers, kits, no mini bar etc.

The Location is great, very close to the sea and bus stop, there is a supermarket and several restaurant in the area. safe area. There is a lot of noise from the corridor and the guest neighbors, they closed the doors very noisy and you can hear them talking like there is not any doors or walls in between. If you have sleeping issues this is not a place for you. From the 3 nights I stayed I hardly was able to sleep.

Breakfast was impressive, delicious, value for money, however the same every day without variety. Although location was near to the beach, mini groceries, restaurants, it is 25-minute walk from the Rimini Train Station. The rude and unhelpful male and female receptionists. We requested for them to kindly place a taxi cab pick up from us from their hotel to the Rimini Train Station at 9AM as our initial prepaid train will depart 9:47AM. We requested the day before and the night when we return to the hotel, and repeated same request on the morning of our check out. I didn’t have Italian mobile sim card so I can’t complete registration on the Rimini Taxi Mobile app myself so I couldn’t place taxi cab pick up order myself hence, I asked for their help. The old male at the reception every night was far from being customer-friendly. Each time we greet him or requested him for the taxi pick up, he looked and sounded irritated, rude, unprofessional. The old female at the reception at time of our check out was the most rude and unhelpful of them all! It was RAINING cats and dogs and she said, “I tried to call taxi yesterday but they’re not picking up, I cannot help you today.” She didn’t care how we would go to train station at that time rain was falling like hell! She didnt lift the phone and never tried to call taxi cab for us that morning. I have been to 80 countries and this old lady was the most rude and unhelpful! The hotel was ok particularly the breakfast but the worst unhelpful unfriendly reception service made it a nightmare for us! We ended up buying umbrellas, and walking our way to the train station, we MISSED our first train and ended up booking and buying a same day more expensive train tickets to our next destination.

Hotel is in good location, good breakfast, good cleaning services. Hotel is in cosy street. We had to change the hotel, cause us we were told the hotel had to close, cause some renovations. They suggested us hotel Europa, which was much worse us Hotel St. Pierre (location in the busy street, balcony dirty, the room looked like in the hostel, breakfast and even coffee there was not tasty). But we were told, that we will get the best room and I think we should not get the worse condition us we had in Hotel St. Pierre. I travelled with my 70 years old mother und 3 years old daughter, so this situation was not comfortable.The prices from hotels in Rimini were reduced, so Hotel St. Pierre could suggest even 4 stars hotel for these 2 nights and for the same price we paid earlier.
