The breakfast is very good and variety for all the tastes. Non Applied
-
One of the biggests and most amazing breakfasts of the world. It's so delicious and very variety of food options (and also vegan) for all tastes. No applicable.

The room was super clean, the pillow was amazing! Cost convenient and close to the bus station. Staff very kind.
-
Friendly staff. Very minimalistic room, cleanliness leaves a bit to desire. Bathroom door coud not be closed due to swollen, mold infested frame.

Close to the bus station. I got to RJ late so I was looking for accomodation nearby. The breakfast was gorgeous ! Very diverse: fruits, pastry, you name it. 1. it's far from the beach, not walkable. 2. elevators operated crazy: I pushed one button, it brought me to different floor, and several times like this.

The breakfast was a boring affair.

The AC was good. The room was ok, but the bathroom was not clean enough. We have only shower towels, no hand towels. And on the bed we had a blanket with only one sheet, so we had to use the blanket that other people used because it was dirty. The breakfast was also poor.

- The lobby is modern - There’s a good restaurant in the hotel - Breakfast was good - The shower was good with great water pressure and temperature control - TV had good channels, for free - The room has good air conditioning that is pretty silent - a necessity in the high temperatures of Rio. - The price was great compared to other premium areas of Rio, where the price could be up to 4x what we paid. There were a collection os small issues that amount to a less than great experience: - while the lobby is nice, some of the seat cushions were ripped open - breakfast was good, but there were a lot of flies over some of the food - I tried to get a wide of cake and gave up when a lot of fruit flies got out of it - the bedroom had a strange smell that made it feel unclean - there were no hangers in the closet where they should be compared to another room I saw - the shampoo bottle was empty. There was no staff to bring me a new one. I was asked to go look for it myself on a staff room, or to come pick it up in the lobby if there were none there (there were none) - the sink was clogged. Looking through the drain, I could see it was filled with hair and soap scum - in my parent’s room, the shower door didn’t keep the water inside. The bathroom floor got soaked wet - the door frame was starting to fall apart at the top and needed painting - the door in my restroom wouldn’t close shut. It was cause I was alone though - lastly the view right now isn’t the best, with a lot of buildings being built in front of the window. All off these are small issues, but when combined, it will take from your overall feeling of staying in this hotel. If these things were fixed, the experience would be much better.

The location. Good breakfast. The room had small problems.

The staff is very nice, cool and productive.

Very good

Really good for business travel. Close to downtown and the tram, but avoids the beach crowd, so excellent location. Pretty typical Ibis, but that is not a bad thing. Very helpful and nice staff. Only negative about the location is lack of restaurants in immediate walking distance. With delivery, not really an issue.

I’ve booked a twin room which should be 18 square meters according to booking.com’s page. However, we were given a twin room only had about 13 square meters. The twin beds were totally closed together and one side was leaning on the wall.
