Amazing location with a lot of walk to spots…convenient in and out garage parking …friendly helpful staff with clean rooms. We took full advantage of the gym and pool as well during our stay. Look forward to coming back when we visit riverside again!

We really enjoyed our stay here especially my kids. The staffs were very kind and very accommodating. Love that the room was clean and also the kitchen area is a plus with a good size refrigerator and microwave. Everything’s great!

I loved the location and staff was great. Only downfall was the pool being closed as my kids were looking forward for it. Aside from that, everything was great.

Hotel was clean and maintained. Great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted and needed. Gym was clean. Breakfast as good and continuously replenished

The hotel is lovley, the only problem was the staff. Maria made my stay a uncomfortable one, I was planning on extending it was barely 10:30am and she told me to get out of the shower to go downstairs and pay. Also, the housekeepers just walk in without giving me a chance to open the door.

From parking to the front desk to room the hotel stay was safe clean , comfortable and enjoying. The stay was outstanding. Looking forward to the next time.

On first arrival the lobby door was locked. I rang the bell for 10 minutes. No one came. It was about 4pm. Only got in when a guest with a key entered. This was very frustrating and a security breach. The front desk, Bonny said they were in the back. Poor attention and unsatisfactory. One of 2 elevators inoperable. One of two washing machines inoperable. Pool was dirty: floating hairs and hair and dirt on bottom of pool. Parking was shared with Hampton Inn. Expedia did not list a daily parking rate of $29. Very deceptive and unsatisfactory. Overall this Home2Suites wouldn't be a choice because the Hyatt and Marriott and Hampton Inn each are within a block. Not happy with Expedia! T. 7-17-26

Had parking Pay for parking No toilet paper when we arrived. Door was unlocked when we arrived . No shampoo in the shower. No one brought missing amenities- had to go get them. They indicated they would clean our room for us and they did not. We found Hair in the bathroom prior to our use. The sheets were really crumbly with little balls on them. They said they would change them and nobody came.
